I won't lie I choked up hearing this. It sent me back to when I was a kid with my game boy under the covers playing Pokémon. That was 15 years ago. This tune is incredible.
I won't lie, I choked up reading this. It sent me back to when I was a kid with my Gameboy sd, lime green, and my ruby version, Mudkip and taillow, headed off to take on Roxanne. Volume almost all the way down so I don't wake up my parents. Ah thank you for your comment 😭
Yes. You did it. This is the best one. No fancy flair or bonus accidentals or playing with the tempo. Play it straight and pretty and capture the correct mood of a tiny little quaint town with flowers and people living a quiet life. Thank you for capturing that feeling.
There's a lot of pokemon RSE covers and they are all good. But this? This created a tear. Played beautifully, had the sad undertone that is most prevalent in the ending credits covering this tune, but kept on full display, no fancy over complicating chords or trying to show off. Kept it simple, but refined to a point.
Idk but i find this a happy theme after a great disaster like the battle has battle and seeing people finally free brings joy the heroes eye because all sacrifices everything it toke was worth it sorry if i misspelled my bad
Hey yes! I have sheet music for all my covers here: ishfulthinking.com/piano-sheets They're auto-generated by Logic Pro, so they might not be the most readable, but I hope they suffice :-)
This. This is it. The best piano cover of Verdanturf Town on TH-cam.
