Wolverine is supposed to be shorter as is Jubilee, she’s a shorter female not just because she’s a teenager (though that factors in too). I prefer when characters actually look closer in height, I don’t get the need to have everyone look the same, they clearly fit in with each other and look the part.
Honestly Wolverine needs a redo I feel. I think Mondo needs to do more masked heads for him that was my main issue with him, the head with the neutral expression wasn’t doing it for me and maybe that’s where they can also fix the scaling.
@@Forgember That’s what I’m saying! His figure towers over her’s. If it were “Proper Scale”, Jubilee would be taller, with Wolvies ‘ears’ around the height of Jubilee’s hair line.
@@joehodgson9217 Thanks for that little factoid. Either way, that Wolverine is WAY out of proportion if they’re both from the same line. They should be closer to the same height.

Seriously, Hasbro has a hard time doing something like this with their anímated line? Mondo really shines here, the design looks amazing, the head sculpt and paintig look great....one day Mondo....one day make us 1/12 scale figures
Did you know Pixel Dan that Jubilee’s voice actress Alyson Court did the voice of Lydia Deetz in the Beetlejuice cartoon she also originated the leading role of Loonette the Clown in the children’s television series The Big Comfy Couch (1992-2006).
I'm not familiar with Mondo's line of X figures but looking at their website Wolverine and Magneto were running $200-225 each. Does anyone more familiar with the line think Jubilee is going to run that much as well? I really want the figure as her, Gambit and Rogue were my favorites from the series, but if she's pushing $200 I'm not sure.
Any news if they’re going to release another Magneto? I know they did a timed exclusive but I missed out on that. By the way Jubilee is 5’5 and Wolverine is normally 5’2 to 5’3 so she’s definitely out of scale but I can just disregard that personally.
Apart from wanting to get all of the Mondo figures to match with my Hasbro figures, i'm hoping that Mondo stocking their Jubilee may come with a restock of their Magneto, which I unfortunately missed out on during its initial timed release.
I get that. They're going for an animation look, but I mean, why stop at the cell shading question mark why don't you just put black underneath their chins to accent shadows? I'm just being sarcastic because the truth is I hate the cell shading. It's just unnecessary because again. As I said, so many times figures don't need cell shading because the light that you have your figures in front of will do the shading for them. You do not need to sell shade. It is just a waste of color and it looks terrible in certain light ways. It's like really, really do wish. They'd cut that out. The figures are great, but the shading business needs to stop. I'm surprised we're not getting figures that have black. And blue where the blue is the highlights. And black is the main color I mean, why not just do it that way? Make them look even more ridiculous. I'm sorry, but I'm not a fan of the cell shading. But I love the figures, but the cell shading just doesn't need to be there honestly.
Mondo is doing so much of a better job than Super7 at paints and things in general. Sure Mondo has had some mess ups, but overall their figures just look better. Super 7’s look so cheap, drab and flat.
I wish I watched this before I bought her, that scaling is way off, she’s listed as being 3” shorter than Wolverine in the animated series! She looks to be a full foot shorter in this scale, hopefully they fix that!

Their Wolverine was my favorite release of 2022 and I can’t wait for Magneto to start shipping. I thought I might pass on Jubilee, but after seeing her here with Wolverine I don’t know if I can.
@vengeance1701 Sounds correct. I'm 5.6 it's really not that short, I'm about average. I feel like folk just think it's a lot shorter than it is in reality. Most young teenagers, especially girls tend to be much shorter than me.
This is beautiful. Out of my price range but beautiful none the less. Cant those effects be supported by something that wont look too ugly and not block the figure. Something transparent, thin, and sturdy.
Dan Veesenmeyer! I used to do colouring for his BDSM fan-art 20 years ago. He never mentiond that he had worked on X-men. I'm all in on these new Mondo figures, *especially* Rogue!
I'm so glad it's not 1/12 scale, or else I'd have to buy it and every single figure in the entire line. 1/6 scale lets me skip it all and not feel bad. Thank Mondo for me please.

No....I prefer Marvel Legends scaling....Wolverine is short...he's NOT the size of Cyclops...Jubilee size is like a child and she's a teenager

Looks far nicer than any of Hasbro's animated offerings. Also love how the reflection on the sunglasses is different for each head
Certainly looks as cool as other Mondo figures but will no doubt be equally, and unnecessarily, overpriced as the other figures they make

They really jacked up the price from the launch of the first Batman Animated figure. I wanna say it was like $125, which was a lot but reasonable.

Marvel legends take note... that's how you do cell shading.
According to a quick search, Wolverine's canon height is five foot three. So in 1/6th scale he would be very nearly eleven inches.
