Looks like they're using the P4 anime name for the Protagonist...laughed my ass off when the announcer called Yu the Sister-Complex Bancho. Also amazed that they got the PRIDE/K1 guy to be the announcer; I guess Teddie watched alot of MMA and decided to start his own MMA league.
This looks good really good. And since i'm a fan of P3, P4 and BB, my hype meter is way up. The art, the animations, and the special effects looks gorgious. Atlus you guys made the correct decission to have ASW help make this game fo you. Atlus and ASW you got my money.
@WilltheGamer They ARE making it. In fact, they already selected the director and main staff and started proper development. This are just side-projects handled by secondary teams. In fact, Mayonaka Arena is pretty much handled by Blazblue's Arc System Works and all Atlus will do is character designs, music and the script for the story.
@MagumoKawasaki because they are following the story line, and story line wise only Aigis in the end could keep her persona, not everyone else at the end of 3.

If they want to sell this game they need to make really cheesy video game consoles similar to the 90s with some kid in their room playing with their eyes glued to the TV screen in an awkward camera angle and have everything around them explode from all the awesomeness of the game they're playing. @TheMadBater Guilty Gear is quite different from blazblue in terms of moveset design, offense vs defense, movement, etc. Feels, flows like a different game at all levels.
funny people forget that vanilla SF IV only had 10 characters in arcades, SF 2 had 8, SF 3 NG had 11, the first GG had 13, BB CT had 12, etc, and sprites takes a really long time and effort. Huge rosters from the get go only serves to make a game more imbalanced, making characters completely useless. Also, they already said it will be 12 characters for now in this game.

(NOTE, being made by Arc System Works and published by Atlus) Probably going to be broken of that level as well with all the 2 vs 1 strats I see with the Persona summons.. (like Hokuto no Ken level broken that Arc System made way back, the same company making this fighting game.)
How about not just Persona 4 but all the Persona's plus the SMT characters in a fighting game? I haven't touched Persona since it became 90% dating sim and 10% rpg.
