I just realized that she is kind of the total of opposite of Akio Ohtori despite being a gender bent form of it. For one thing, Akio looks like a reasonable guy who turned out to be a manchild and abuser who blamed everything on everyone else. Secelia, on the other hand, looked like an secret antagonist who harasses people in the background but ultimately turned out to be good leader no one expected her to be and looked out for everyone.
24 episodes, only 7 minutes of screen time and in half of them she does nothing but sit and talk shit, yet she's arguably one of the most popular character in the fandom-
