Yes I agree, depends on what you’re shooting for sure 😊 the OM-1 has a cool starry sky mode but I haven’t used it yet. If I was shooting images to blend together I’d take a tripod too, but mostly these days it’s handheld. Thanks for watching! 🙏
Fantastic images indeed. I use slightly older and smaller M43 cameras for their small size and in my opinion great quality. I need fast lenses for low light concert photography, so I use primes like the Olympus 45mm f1.8 and 12mm f2 on an E-M5 iii with very satisfying results. I also use Panasonic gear, though I'm starting to lean more and more towards Olympus/OM System based on the results I get from my E-M5 iii - not sure if a G9 ii would change that, if I got to try it out, but it's not likely, that I ever will.
@@MattLovesCamerasThe 45mm f1.8 is incredibly small - a must experience kind of lens in my opinion. I have the Panasonic 25mm f1.7 as well, but because of how much I like the results from my Olympus lenses on the E-M5 iii, I have put the 25mm f1.8 from Olympus on my very short list of lenses I "need".
Good question! I haven’t used those lenses on the OM-1. My understanding is they will work well with it, though people in forums do mention small issues. Thanks for watching!
Both great cameras! The OM-1 has better weather sealing for extreme conditions and better stabilisation. The X-T5 has more resolution of course, but the lenses are bigger. Both great choices! I’m using the OM-1 for now for travel. I love the Fujifilm 50-140 but it’s just a little heavy for every trip.
Like the concept but I also do astro so I am guessing a tripod will be included. Getting a light, rugged and reliable one is the quest.

Nice shots👏👏👏👏
Awesome & impressive shots! Subscribed 😀
Thanks so much! Really appreciate it, more OM-1 and long exposure videos coming soon! ☺️🙏
Awesome results! I brought a tripod to Europe in 2015 and found it only added extra undue weight and I never used it either!
Thanks Alex! I’ve taken mine on a few trips and not used it 😅

Thanks so much NP! Appreciate your support 😊🙏 I’ve heard great things about the 45mm! Keen to get a prime for my set up one day.

How well will this cam work with pan leica 12-60 and lumix 100-300?

What do you think about fujifilm xt5 vs om1??
