कोई अहंकार नहीं, पूर्ण पारदर्शिता और गंभीरता की मूर्ति हैं।
ऐसी मिसाले ही हमारी न्याय पालिका के प्रति विश्वास और श्रद्धा मे अभिवृद्धि करती है।
ऐसे अनुकरणीय उदाहरण ही न्यायलय और न्यायाधीशो के लिये अनर्गल चर्चा करने वालो के मुंह पर तमाचा है।

ऐसे कुछ देव तुल्य लोग बचे है तभी तो थोड़ी बहुत न्याय की कभी कभी सुगंध आ जाती। वर्ना ज्यादातर लोग राजनीति से प्रेरित हो कर काम करते 😂
भाई साहब ये समझ आ गया जितना बड़े लेबल पर आप रहो उतना ज्यादा धैर्य की जरूरत पड़ती है।

8 लाख का हिसाब, ट्रायल, कोर्ट मे करना था। वही साक्ष्य के रुप मे हाई कोर्ट मे पेश करना था। सभी दस्तावेज ट्रायल कोर्ट मे पेश करना चाहिए, ट्रायल कोर्ट केआदेश के बाद अपील करना था या पिटीशन, जजसाहब बहुत अच्छे है जो जेब के कागज भी देख रहे है जबकी हाई कोर्ट में यह नही चलता,

Artificial intelligence technology should be implemented to help such people

Infact basics of court proceedings should be taught in high school/ intermediate classes,otherwise

The Judge was logical as this issue does not come under his jurisdiction but then also he listened and he might come up with something that maybe there in his jurisdiction but in vain. And also Judge was right, he didn’t present any of the proofs that made his case strong. And according to that if you do not have proofs then the court is handcuffed and cannot act without a proper path.

Judge Sir is very learned, smart and also very professional. So his approach towards court's protocol suits his position. However a layman's or ordinary citizen's IQ may not be match with Judge Sir. He may pl excuse and show some kindness towards the appearing respondents.
