Honor honor code eh mga wala naman ka honor-honor karamihan dyan. Tama bang manakit ng kapwa. Dami ko na napanuod mga namatay sa PMA dahil sa hazing. Mga matataas na posisyon dyan sa PMA ang mga nangunguna pa sa hazing.

in every rule there is an exception. Merong consideration ayon sa situasyon. Saaan siya nagsinungaling? bakit di na lng imbestigahan ang time na natapos sa isang clase hanggang sa time na makarating sa next class niya.
While I must agree that the cadet must be penalize, the penalty is too harsh. It's like killing the patient to treat the disease. Well, he really violated the honor code but let's give him a chance. Let's not forget that he earned his 4 years. I believe he should be suspended not expelled. Also, a letter of apology should be in order. This cadet is not beyond rehabilitation. Sirs, give him a chance ---he will have learned his lesson by now. Honor should be based on fairness and justice not for the sake of honor itself - which is nothing more than empty pride.

saan ba tayo manghihinayang... if pursigido nman sya na mag serbisyo pwede nman sya pumasok sa Officer Candidate School ng Army/Airforce/Navy/Coast Guard. Ang pagsasabi ng totoo per se sir e hindi nman mahirap kase turo na ng ating mga magulang yan (unless hindi). napakarami po kase nagsasabi na masyadong istrikto ang PMA. hindi nman kase sumunod ka lang sa regulasyon, mag aral e makakatapos ka. lahat nman cguro ng mga magulang nagbilin lagi sa mga anak nila na "anak wag kang magsisiningaling, wag kang magnakaw, wag ka rin manloko ng kapwa mo".
@@regishu7464 the fact that the vote of the honor committee was changed from 8/1 to 9/0 just to declare him guilty is not honorable. Hindi naman yata makatuwiran ang ganitong parusa kung gayong meron namang pagbabago sa ginawang botohan ng committee. Kung hindi mapaparusahan ng kasimbigat na parusa ang mga kasapi ng committee hindi rin dapat parusahan si Cudia
@@alonalon6267 As to the explanation about the changes to the voting of the Honor Committee sir, i admit i wasnt too privy. What my concern is that ex-cadet cudia was found guilty. at the time when the incident happend (2014??) cadets who are found to be guilty of violating the Honor Code and the System will be "discharged". Wala pong ibang punishment kundi separation from the Corps. Bakit nman paparusahan yung mga nag-evaluate nung case nya with discharge din? what rules did they violate? i am sure PMA Admin at that time saw this and if there were infractions, the cadets involved were also investigated and punished.

kung walag bias yun decision nun honor committee members then cadet cudia should accept the decision. pero nagkaroon daw ng pagbabago ag decision ang honor committee na from 8-1 naging 9-0 due to pressure, kung nangyari yun tanggalin din sa PMA yun mga honor committee members.

Hmmm, i've been in an officer training course, an honor code is absolute tlga, meaning yung late na issue eh, pag makapag explain ka naman ng tama bakit ka late aabutin mo lng nman ay penalty, pero sa tingin ko meron pang mas malalim na rasun bakit siya nadismiss, kasi pag may nilabag kang rules na "grave" ay talagang dismissal yung labas mo, at alam mo yan bago magsimula ang training, sa tingin ko talaga may mas malaking rasun na hindi natin nalalaman, hindi lang dahil sa late

that is a nonsense talking about in disciplinary action inside. but others inside of the PMA not being dismiss. We are knowing that there is a lot of syndicate style inside. But some of the trainor inside will abused the cadet during in training. Thats why some of our officials will back to the illegal because of not sufficient training. That is not good to our cadet and training institution. That is not a truth one. My question PMA personnel if one cadet die inside there is a violation to the trainor or Personnel.? your salary coming from people of the philippines. please answer that question. late it should be disciplinary minimal action. not a dismissal to the cadet. that is not good and truth. have a syndicate style among us.
For me is not good. if one of our cadet will become a syndicate. how will do.

Hindi po kase nila-"lang" ang Honor Code and Honor System, ito ang minimum requirement natin sa mga mag graduate as part of the "Character Development". Hindi po mahirap ang sumunod sa Honor Code and Honor System. Lahat ng kelangan mong gawin e itunuro na ng mga magulang natin (i assume na walang magulang na nagsabing "Cge anak magnakaw ka, cge anak magsinungaling ka, cge anak manloko ka). Kaya nga ang Honor Code and Honor System na kasunduan ng mga kadete e napaka importante sa paghubog sa kanila. Anu nalang kaya ang magiging produkto ng PMA kung wala na ang Honor Code and Honor System. anu nga ba kung inamin nlang nya nung una plang kung anu talaga dahilan nag pagkaka "late" nya?? OO nga nagkakamali naman lahat pero sa 4 na taon sa PMA db dapat naisa-puso ang Honor? ang first year cguro pwede pa magkamali e, kaso pag ikaw e 4th year na.................. or baka wala nman talagang tamang itinuturo ang PMA

a PMA cadet needs determination and courage from the start. Every cadet should live with integrity, honesty not tolerating upon each other. They are future leaders of the country..We all know that the cadet had invested more on the four walls of the academy . PMA has its own rules and book to follow not all men knows whats in it and whats Honor Code by them.. Once took oath they are aware and submit there selves on what has had stated..We dont have any control on what had transcribe on their investigation and on what are the verdict of the Honor Committee..
yet we are the one's who pay for their tuition etc. i think we have the rights to know about it right? then there's the thing in pma about hazing which is against the philippine law which they violate every year. so should they follow their own rule book first then the philippine law? we don't have any control because they don't want us to control nor for us to understand whats happening at all.
jan michael ellar cadets are working for your taxes just like other gov't employees..you do not know how they suffer from those taxes..they sacrifice their civilian life, they even sacrifice their freedom to do what they want, to dress as they like, to eat what they want, to be with their family at all times and time will come they will risk their life to defend our freedom. How come that you have the guts to post that opinion despite of their sacrifices for our Php 5 contribution per year??? the way you count your contribution for their education is like you can say what ever you want to say or you can inject any opinions you want to inject just to say that you pay for their education. you are already destroying their integrity and loyalty in performing their work. you are already destroying the stand of the new generation to change the politically influenced govt agencies. We should support the stand of all the cadets because they are the one who knows what the real issue..the verdict of cadet cudia was decided by the cadets themselves without the influence of any officers.
It is really hard to explain to some that doesn't have any idea on how the cadets live day by day on the four walls of the academy.

Pretentious! Sorry! What is so evil in the dishonesty committed by Cudia that he can not be given consideration? What is the use of implementing severe punishment against violation of the Honor Code like not allowing Cudia to have his TOR. They may dismiss him but give his TOR for him to continue his formal education. No use pretending honesty when even graduate committed the Honor Code while they are in the service or even when on schooling abroad that one is returned to the Philippines after being caught for dishonesty.

Kapag pinagbigyan Kasi yan Wala ng matatakot sa honor code lahat na ng nasa academy at yung papasok pa lang gagawin na din yan magiging talamak na Ang violation ng honor code Kasi katwiran Nila mapapagbigyan naman gagayahin na ng iba yan masisira na Ang imahe ng pma lalo nyan, nakakaawa sya oo pero 4 yrs na din sya sa pma alam nya na dapat yun

What am talking for is that pmaers are good when they're still in their junior stage. But when they crossed the line of seniors, most not all, militics came forgetting what honor!! honor code na yan.. FYI! am military officer being loved by its subordinates..

you should not be the one to say that you are loved by your subordinates. how can you prove that? of course subordinate yan, when they say that they like you, you should be smart enough to validate it. FYI, its not only the pmaers that is prone to be influenced by politics, militics, whatever. pareho lang lahat. regardless kung san galing, its hard to give credit sa sinasabi mo kung ikaw mismo ay nagbubuhat ng bangko, "military officer loved by its subordinates".... mga delusions talaga ng mga military officers hay nako ang dami, ke ROTC pa yan o pmaers. you have to present empirical evidence if you want to single out pmaers.

if you are good in training institution bakit hanggang ngayon hindi pa ninyo kinuha ang territory natin inagaw sa china. Discipline a china if you are in good. even a simple case by our cadet will dismiss but a lot of illegals in philippines the protector is a graduate highly training institution.
But if he really deserves not to graduate...let's not ostracize him but rather let's help him - a bright mind -- so he can contribute positively. Let us not destroy the future (the youth) by a misplaced sense of overzealous honor
Violating the Honor Code is penalized by dismissal in accordance with the long established tradition regarding the Code. I agree that Cudia should be dismissed. the tradition should not be sacrifice or compromised. The Cadet Corp governs the cadets in the academy. That they have their own Honor Code Committee compose of cadets and their system is, one favorable vote will exculpate a cadet from charges imputed on him Against the Honor Code. The system is contrary to the universal practice that majority votes prevails. In the Academy vote of guilt must be unanimous; and one favorable vote will defeat the majority votes against the accused cadet. However, what I disagree, is that Cudia can not have his Transcript of Record because he is considered as if he did not studied for four years at the Academy. The violation he committed can not delete the fact that in truth and in fact he studied at PMA; and that he can not only graduate because he violated the Honor Code.

Yong Code of honor niyo walang accountability kasi yong mga General na graduate na diyan na mga corrupt , I bet you still accept there family like there son and grand son to join diyan malalaman nang public ang code of honor kung may accountability dapat ban na sila. False accusations gagawin nla at wala ka mggawa khit anong gawin nla sau sa loob ng PMA di cla pde magsbi khit knino. Qng di ka mayaman at family mo walang impluwensya talo ka kpag npag-initan ka.
