Hi, Bloodlines are mostly a mix of Swingley, King, Redington, with some sprint stuff sprinkled in here and there depending on the dog. Our dogs all go back to other kennels in Ontario. We are very small and don't really breed. We were lucky enough to have access to some very nice dogs over the past few years and have really benefitted off others making very decent investments in their kennel genetics.
They receive lots of food and water. Sled dogs can consume up to 10 000 calories per day. While running they will dip for snow but running 30 min continually is not even close to what is possible. Most of the dogs in this team have done runs in previous years where they were running 5-7 hours straight.
