Imagine a world where exposure to anything cold - whether it's a cool breeze, a fridge or even tap water - triggers a serious allergic reaction.
That's the reality for Max Fisher from Nottingham who has to wear a face mask to protect her from cold air.
You'd think it wouldn't be an issue in the summer, but she suffered a severe reaction from a shop's air conditioning, and is now asking store-owners to be more considerate.
