My first office, renovated into a tiny home complete with a small work station and then we round it off with a tour!

I play house flipper on mobile but it's nowhere near this level of immersion and fun!! Can't wait to get a good laptop so I can get it on PC.

My first office house I removed the bathroom wall and couldn’t put the wall back up. No idea how 😂
Well I was playing on iPad at the time. But now I’m on PC…played for years!
I am still trying to figure out how to do stuff now! Knowing me, I'll get good at it just in time for House Flipper 2'a release! ^_^

@@BeefyComb If I may ask: What is needed to rebuild a house? Which DLC? Or is it vanilla?
It's not so much rebuilding a house but the FARM DLC allows you access to the Architect Tool which lets you build extensions onto existing properties or you can build new houses on the empty plots of land that show up in the property browser. ^_^

Well done! Surprisingly the turquoise really worked out very nicely!! I prefer working with the smaller houses and apartments in this game. It's so much more of a challenge! The First Office does have a lot of potential!
I feel like I get overwhelmed with the larger buildings, spoiled for choice haha.

It is a fun game! ^_^
Is it my style? No definitely not. I can certainly admire the clear vision going into this and the simple colour palette chosen and not strayed from for the entire build, it's consistent without feeling overused thanks to the gradients and size of the home. It feels very much like a space I could actually see someone staying long-term in. Excellent work for what is apparently one of your first builds!

Can you edit/adjust the house to make it bigger? If can, your lot/land is big. There's so much unnecessary space~ but if cannot, well, still pretty tho! You did a great job!💙
Unfortunately you can't edit the size of the space but you can stick fences around to make gardens smaller for example. Take a look at ChaoticJelly's videos, she does exactly that! ^_^

Really great video I liked the way you use tiny space. But I have a question how did you get the lawn mover? I have all the DLC's but I've never seen that.
It's part of the Garden DLC, if you hold the button to open the wheel (PC is Right Click) then it's at the very bottom :), but of course you need to be outside otherwise you'd ruin all of the furniture! ^_^

6:46 : How did you only tile half of the wall and paint the top half?
When I do this it tiles or paints the whole wall.
The walls are painted fully, what's not is the tiling which uses certain tiles that allow for a half tile, half paint finish. The colours are limited however. ^_^

Are you using any mods/ DLCs? or just vanilla 2018 house flipper? Is lawn management now an option on vanilla?
I'm using all of the DLC's that are out & for this house I used no mods at all. ^_^
Lawns are part of the Garden DLC.
I just bought House Flipper on PC and I dont know why I cant seems to demolish the walls with the hammer like you do here! but when I try it to windows it's working. 😐😐
If you've only just bought the game, try doing the story jobs and such in order to progress your character. ^_^
The music did get a bit repetitive, but very nice build!

which dlc allows you to add windows?
As far as I am aware it's just part of the base game, I'm not sure if it's been applied to consoles but on Steam it's just been there for a while, I can't recall when it was added.

From what I can gather Frozen District didn't make the Switch port of the game so it seems unlikely the DLC will come to the Switch.

Do you have a DLC where you got the shower wall from? I don't seem to have that.
The shower walls should be part of the base game, try typing it in to the search box. ^_^
Man how are you able to do all that outside stuff? 😂 I never have any of that available for me, do I have to do some specific job first?
For the garden stuff I believe you need the garden DLC, otherwise the garden items won't show up. ^_^

I've heard that they're considering releasing the DLC on consoles but on PC it's currently on sale on Steam. ^_^
'Sped up' would make more sense in the title.
"Speedbuild", "Sped up", it's all the same thing. Considering this actually look a few hours to do, I think speeding it up isn't an issue. XD
@@BeefyComb speeding the footage up was not the issue. Not really an issue at all tbf. That said, I clicked thinking you were speedrunning and using speedbuild because there is not a lot of running happening in such a small space. How bout those devs though? Can't wait for House Flipper 2 to release.
Oh yeah for sure, HF2 does look fantastic! In regards to speedrunning, I can't speedrun making toast so there's no chance of me speedrunning any game haha! XD
@@BeefyComb capitalize on that. Start a trash speed run (trashrun) series where you bumble around the houses trying to get jobs done as quickly as possible. It would force horrible furniture and fixture placement. Add your voice and overly freak out about things. That would be hilarious.

Are you on PC? if so, open Steam and search for House Flipper, by default the results will show the main game and all of the DLC which will have a purple banner on it to indicate it's DLC. The main game should be easy enough to identify. ^_^

Yeah I really like that bed, I think it's a cool feature to have it fold up as it allows the space to be more open, really helps with tiny builds.

I play the version PS4 of House Flipper unfortunately I don't have any DLC but I think the I will buy garden DLC
The garden dlc does add a lot of additional items and design choices ^_^

Well the garden dlc unlocks the garden designing and the luxury dlc adds bigger homes and I believe other items in the store. ^_^ it all depends on what you'd rather do.

@BeefyComb I really like the Gray Parquet floor panels you used in the video.. I play on PS5 and have all of the DLC, and cannot for the life of me find those panels in my game 😢
Sorry for the late reply, I assume that console players have the same base items as pc players so they should be there. Have a look toward the bottom of the floor and ceiling panel section. ^_^

I believe you need to get the free cyberpunk dlc from the Steam store, then go into the in game settings and they're under Gameplay I think. ^_^

When's house flipper 2 is releasing?
There's no official news as of yet but as it stands, House Flipper 2 is set for release in the 3rd quarter of 2023, so that would be any time between October and December time I believe.
This is just me guessing but seeing as House Flipper was released in May of 2018, it's possible they could stick with the 2nd month in that quarter, in this case it could be November but again that's just a simple guess. ^_^

The game is on Steam for PC & is currently on sale (here in the uk it's £7.79 for the base game but they also have a bundle with all of the DLC included as well.
It's free on Android as I have it on my phone which is a nice little game to play every now and again.

It's not that hard to gain money in HF, all you have to do is complete all of the jobs available & then you can start on smaller buildings to purchase and work your way up. ^_^

You'll need to make sure you meet the minimum specificiations for the game in order to have a somewhat reliable and enjoyable experience.
You can move the lawnmower? I could never figure out how to make it move instead of just circling around
Yeah you can :), hold down left click and then use WASD to move & if you hold Shift and press A or D it'll do a 90° turn. It can make cutting the grass less of a pain.
