Aw, man. That second game's conclusion was so, so, so painful to see as this has happened to me quite often back when I was 1000. One thing that helped me never stalemate my opponent again with the queens is this: If your queen is a knight's move away from the enemy king, reposition the queen *immediately* backwards along that second rank/file if you're in a time crunch--immediately, even a premove if necessary, to grant the king a square. This has saved me from the Rosen Trap 7 times and a couple of other traps numerous times.
Oh man. This was hilarious. The surprise ending just hit me from nowhere; I had begun to think the "2 day to recover" was referring to the first game. I hope you can calm down. Thanks for the video. The sound track at the end is also incredible.
@@TheChessTheoretician It would be rude if the opponent was thinking long for each move or something. Also, in classical chess you are completly right. He decided to play on and played quickly. Sjepan could have mated him in a minute or less. Instead, he decided to make fun of his opponent and in the end made a fool of himself.
I remember when I first started playing chess and participated in my first tournament. In one of the early rounds of the OTB game, I stalemated another kid like this and started crying.
Oh my - that 2nd game. Glad your computer survived! We all wanna see your unfiltered reaction tho. It had to be priceless, and we're all in this with ya. Heck, it might end up being your most veiwed (and profitable) video! 😊 How does your girlfriend handle that sorta meltdown?😮🤔
So, 1:02:27 "I don't know what my opponent's thinking" I was literally debating between Qc5 and Qc6 and he played another move...Then 1:12:18 Qd5+ Ne6 Qe6+! 1-0. Based on what you calculated he could have tried Qd5+ Kh8 (Cause your line was Be5 and on Rg2+ Kf1 which allows Rf2+ and Rg1# but tbh I hope you'd see it and just go Kh1.)Actually there's Qg2 too so it loses for multiple reason, anyway.
Really good games. I was mad at your decision to sack the piece in the first game endgame, but you turned out to be right according to the engine, however it was a bad practical decision clearly. The music edits were hilarious, the 2nd game ending too is really funny, your opponent must have been mega surprised. The first game, the banned player seems to be named "bernardo reniel" according to his username and profile, but he show fide rating in his profile and he doesn't seem to exist a player with that name in fide.
Meant to comment on the last video but I really hate the Englund. I lose to it way too often even though I "know" what to do. Maybe I should start playing it myself!
I won't proffer any advice. I'll just say: we've all probably done this sort of thing (game 2) once! Now at least you know why #neverresign is a legitimate strategy 😂
Im sorry, you kinda deserve that one, lol.... It's happened to all of us, and it's their right to play on for that very reason... It paid off and hopefully taught you a valuable lesson... But we all make mistakes, and you're doing great from where you started, so you should definitely be proud of yourself 👏...... Keep up the good work 👍 Road to 2500🫡 SEE YOU THERE!!
Also, you know, I'm just saying this for my entertainment, but as a financial decision, editing your raging out is costing you a lot of money, as that's the sort of thing people will definitely want to watch. I do understand if you don't want to show that side of yourself, but your channel would be even more massive. I wouldn't suggest deliberately changing content to build a channel with controversy, but when it's already there, authenticity is what people enjoy seeing.
Kids love the rage gamers and toxicity. Not necessary at all, nothing wrong with him ending the video that way. In fact I still had a loud laugh, it was funny either way!
@@sigh9719I’m not a kid, and I would still like to see his rage. Don’t pretend you wouldn’t find it entertaining! I don’t believe it. You’re pretending to appear more mature, but there's nothing immature about this kind of humour ;)
I demand to see the response to the stalemate. this will be pure gold. willing to pay.

Your reaction is the funniest thing . And for me its more entertaining than the game itself so i wished you wouldn't cut it

Sometimes i want hpy to lose just to see his hilarious reaction
We have all been there and done these mistakes. You played really well, which is all that matters in a training game! The result is only secondary.
Rule #1 - Never resign!🤣

Never laughed so hard at one of your videos, appreciate the editing at the end :D
I'm glad you had a bit of fun with the editing in that second game lmao, that was hilarious
The famous Kira gambit declined
well, hopeful you learned a valueable lesson about arrogance.
yeah...just win, you don't have to "punish" someone for taking advantage of their right to play until the end
I don't think he'll ever say the words "Why isn't my opponent resigning?" ever again.
@@chriso6884 There's an old Roman saying, possibly even older, that if something is legal, it doesn't mean one should do it.
@@angel_machariel That would apply to both individuals in this case, would it not?
@@chriso6884 That doesn't make sense. Stjepan was winning, off course he keeps playing.

love the music interludes. i also like that you cut the ending, the music and titles made it a lot funnier
pure comedy
Even though you didn't show your reaction to the stalemate, we have all been to that feeling, brother.
and Really Understand U
in such situations I prefer to click squares rather than carry the queen across the board

You do love foreshadowing unfortunate events!
Add “I’m not going to stalemate him” to “I love my position” as phrases you should use with upmost care!
London System back again in Game 6!

Love the long videos :)
2nd match must be a win in your mind.
Results are not so important, your improvment is your goal.
Should show us the footage of you losing it :)

The first opponent was a total British Cigarrete.

I can only imagine how bad your reaction must have been to edit it out ahahaha oh man
We've all done this, you just seem to do it a lot more.

I'm certain that being human is a tough ask!!??
When you were dragging the 2nd queen to a2, I saw it wasn't smooth. Did the mouse catch on mouse pad, or your forearm?
Nice editing hahahaha
😂😂😂😂😂😂
NoOOOoooo
I presume if the camera kept rolling, this would have gotten a NSFW warning for violence and language?
Uuuuf. There was no way I could publish the full recording:D
@@HangingPawns just to remind you that we all stalemated our opponents, just not for the whole world to see of course
