I love his take on happiness. A very good friend once said to me when I was telling him I didn't think I could or would ever be happy "there's something to be said for contentment" and it has stuck with me ever since. I don't worry about being happy all the time anymore, I just strive to be content.

I am Mathias Hansen, the guy who talked about SEMI CHARGED LIFE 🤦🏼♂️ and to be fair I was so effed up when I wrote that. Sober 31 months now. I couldn’t believe Matt replied to my comment, as it is my go to song when I want to use again.
