      Glad it was helpful! More content will be coming soon, im trying to balance the longer tutorials and the new short versions because the short versions take just as long but only last 15 seconds however it seems to be something that people prefer now as they dont have the time for longer content, but stay tuned, plenty of ideas and more will be on there way x

      Treat it like you would a Sponge Cake, however it's going to be exposed to the air when placed on the cake. It's something I would make last as it will slowly start to dry. However it can easily be made in advance and just kept in the plastic tub with a lid to protect it from the air

    Thank you! Can you prepare this a day before? Can you refrigerate this?

    • @RachelsEnchantingCakes

      There's no need to refrigerate this, as there is nothing in there that needs to be kept above 5'c so thats not a concern , just treat it like you would a cake.
      You can definitely make this the day before, it's very quick and easy to do.
      I actually had surgery on my arm just 72 hours before I made this tutorial , that's how easy it is to do xxx

    Can anyone advise how to attach to a buttercream cake please?

    • @RachelsEnchantingCakes

      Melted chocolate is great, you can colour white chocolate with edible dusts and it helps prevent it from falling off just make sure it's only applied a chilled buttercream cake that's just come out of the fridge to prevent it from melting x

      Its already done by TH-cam, you will see in the description section of the video a `Show Transcript` you can then copy and paste from that directly into google x

    Why not use the beater to incorporate the flour?

    • @janeallen571

      As it might knock the air out if it’s too harsh.

      Sorry I have only just seen this comment, @janeallen571 is spot on, you want to treat it like you would a cake so all that lovely texture is left inside to give the moss effect , keeping the air in is very important in order for this to happen x

    Must it be GEL colouring or will ordinary food colouring be ok?

    • @RachelsEnchantingCakes

      By all means try normal food colouring but you may find it more difficult to get as lovely deep green colour just because its more watered down than the gels or other professional food colours that we use in fondant and cakes x You wont be wasting many ingredients so it is worth a try if that`s what you have in your kitchen x

    Thanks! What's an alternative to using a microwave? Also, what's the honey for?

    • @RachelsEnchantingCakes

      Honey is for flavor and you could try using an oven but it would have to go in a baking tin and because i havnt tried it this way i really could not tell you if it would work

      Don't worry it's already on the tutorial x the measurements as you will see are in Grams so if you are not based in the UK and use different ways to measure simply use google to convert it x
