You didn't check out world 6 yet, you should totally try it out. About the nitpicks you had with the game: 1. The characters were added for "different gameplay styles"? Not quite sure why I added them... Also, Bloxxer and Bloxera are pretty balanced imo 2. The BGM is temporary! Except for the title theme, which was composed by sheenyo. It seems tho you played an old build where the BGM wasn't updated yet. Just note the game will have an original soundtrack once it releases. 3. More enemies will be added, they're planned but I've been holding off on adding them for so long 4. the confusing level design is.... something I'm not sure how I'll fix lol. I love blox fruit, the platforming is great, the storytelling is awesome, and the special abilities allowing you to dash, jump, and levitate between platforms while also being an overall relaxing game where dying is only your fault. Blox fruit is one of my favorite roblox platforming games. I hope they add enemies and bosses, that could spice up the already great platforming system 🤑🤑🔥🔥

I played it and it is maybe the best Roblox game. It is phenomenal, it reminds me of one of my favorite games, Bug Fables, which is also inspired by paper mario. Highly recommend bug fables if you have steam or switch.

Ayo eclipse can you give Block Tales a shot? It even has a tutorial(unreal), its a turn based game though, but it is much more stylized and original then the ATROCITY arcane lineage is
ECLIPSE. You should play "Find Everything" its 50 robux i think or something, but its really fun and it's a platforming free roam game where you have to find various items around the map. The more items you get you can get more passives like double jump and wall climbing to get even MORE items. There's 220 items ingame that you have to find, if you could check out that game and review it that'd be a nice video. Also another game called block tales, its in demo version right now buts it's pretty fun albeit short.
LETS GO. Now the only thing we want is Block tales, its brand new and there aint a time to get first impressions or a review like now(I know its a demo). Also personally I went for the male cuz the float can help with easier precise positioning on walls for the weird wall jumping sections, they are there for different gameplay styles(also funny YOSHI man)
There's an old genre of Roblox games I used to play called Classic RPGs. For me, this all started from Legend of Excalibur RPG. There's a lot of games like this but, I think one of my favorite studios was The Sparkle Time Studio.
Block Tales is another good game that I think you should try. It’s a Roblox turn based RPG with an original story, set in old Roblox. Combat is interesting and surprisingly interactive and the game has a lot of potential. NPCs are also charming to talk too, because the game is partially based on Earthbound. Like I said earlier, it only has potential because it is in its early stage and only has one hour worth of content for now. Might be worth looking into.
I like this game a lot and there are a lot of reasons for that. Like you said, obby games nowadays are trash and have little or no effort put into them. They're meant to be a quick way to scam you of your time and, in case they actually grab your attention, your money through various game passes that kids are more likely to buy such as "skip stage" or some other scam. Sadly, there were never really a lot of Roblox platformers with obvious effort put into it. That's the main reason why most people like this game, but it extends a bit further for me. This hit me directly in the nostalgia zone of my brain. You see, the only other Roblox platformer (that I know of) which had tons of effort put into it was this one game called "Adventure Forward 2: Points of Conflict". Most people who played Roblox around that time have probably at least heard of it (it was released around 7 years ago so it isn't THAT old). This game is one of the only Roblox games I can really remember playing when I was younger, and it still holds up decently well today. Though, because it's old, it has obviously stopped receiving updates and parts of the game are bugged or straight up broken. Back to the point, Superblox 64 helped me remember that game, and helped me to relive my memories. I had a moment similar to that of Anton Ego in Ratatouille, and that further extended my love for the game. I really hope they continue on the path they're taking. I got hooked instantly and beat everything in just 2 hours so, needless to say, I'm prepared and excited for the future updates and hope they continue doing great work like this.
If you liked this game you could play robot 64, or a pretty old gem called adventure forward 2 for a 7+ year old game its amazing, keep up the great stuff!

This game is really cool, I've started playing it when it was merely a "free platformer engine", back then it was nothing but a open source kit for platformers, but the developer got motivated and decided to make it into a real game.

3:00 slight correction (I think, this is a concept i know more about with 2d games). Thats coyote time, named for Wile E. Coyote's running on air for a bit trope. Basically, your input for jumping is still read once you leave the platform so that you can time jumps better. If the whole platform was larger than the visual, youd be able to stand on the air without doing anything like people "floating" on blocks in minecraft by crouching on them.
Speaking of roblox platformers, have you ever tried robot 64? It's pretty good too, The controls feel nice and it has great parkour mechanics, wich aren't that hard to master, but taked a bit.

You should play tower world, it's in early access rn and it's 50 robux but it's probably one of my all time favorite obby games. At the core it's a simple tower game, but it goes way above the others by a having unique art style and mechanics, bossfights, high quality building, an amazing soundtrack, great characters (scrapper my beloved he has 2 brain cells and adhd and I adore him), and it's just a ton of fun. If you like obby games you'll love it
they wanted to try and do the same thing super mario 3d world did with their characters (or any other game that does this), in super mario 3d world, each character has a unique passive, luigi can jump higher, toad can run faster, peach can hover in the air, rosalina has a spin ability to kill troops around her, and mario is a balanced character with no ups or downs. i think they were trying to do this but messed up a bit.
most times, in the game industry, you just see generic, copy paste slog all over the place, then you find that one gemstone of a game, and you feel hope again.
IM GLAD a creator noticed this game, my only gripe is I finished the content in around 3 days but that is my own fault lmao. But the mechanics are awesome and in my opinion it has to be the best platformer in Roblox right now.
I'm pretty sure the different characters are just for different play styles. some people like double jump, some like the flutter. if i remember correctly, a npc in the tutorial mentions that's all the 2 separate characters being a thing is for. just play styles
You should try out parkour, it’s a parkour game (duh), and it has some VERY unique mechanics, you can do simple and complicated stuff that the game will teach you, when you join you are teleported to the tutorial and at level 25 you gain the ability to go into the advanced tutorial (you can go to any tutorial anytime as long as you have it unlocked), the game does not have a clear goal, just parkour around to unlock new gears and equipment that will give you more creativity, for example, the grappling hook, if you use it normally it has medium range and just gives you a slight dash that you can use 2 times until you reach a surface you can stand on (the game has fall damage), but if you use it and RIGHT before you get pulled you can use shift + jump to go 5x higher (if you are standing on the ground that is), or you can grapple into a wall and right before you get pulled you walk off the edge of a bulding and click shift + jump to do a long jump to go much further than a normal long jump + grapple. 1 criticism that i 100% believe you will say is that the game needs you to level up so much and it is too slow for a normal person to unlock the most complex, hard to master, hard to learn, go very far, and very fun to use stuff, but when you reach that point you will be a pro at the game and good enough to master using the things like the wings, and much more. But that doesn’t remove the fact that it takes a long time to get these things (There are people who copied the game 1 to 1 but made you gain 5,000,000,000x exp and some of them unlock every fun thing which makes the game kinda bad because you have so much to do and no one to tell you how and no need to learn the mechanics) TLDR: play parkour, it’s very fun but 1 bad thing, is that it takes a lot of time to get the most fun and hard to master stuff
Play block tales or randomly generated driods if you want, block tales is cool game inspired by earthbound and paper Mario with a lot of charm and RGD is a cool lil rougelike
this is a bit random, but i got recommended AN ACTUAL gambling game where you bet on the ball drop (Plinko ball i think), probably got banned by now because i cant find it BUT THE FACT THAT IT WAS MADE AND HAT 300 PLAYERS
if you like this you should try parkour reborn, that games movement is insane its so in-depth, unfortunately new players always find it hard to get to lvl 20 to unlock all the movement :/
If you enjoyed this platformer game, you should definitely try Kapi’s Rock and Roll! It’s a neat and charming, score/time attack based, 3D platformer with some very tight controls, I highly recommend it!
Nobody is mentioning Robot 64? its another roblox platformer heavily inspired by SM64, and if you think this game is charming, you'll love Robot 64. It shares a lot in common with this game, while (I feel) remedying most of the flaws. It also has its own OST, for every level, as well as alternate versions of each tracks for different sections of each world. It also has a decent amount of content (it took me about 5 hours total to 100% the game), with similarly free and smooth movement. And personally, I'm a big fan of the N64 aesthetic, and I feel it emulates it personally; Its very charming
You should definitely try out Block Tales, it’s a great up and coming RPG game that is very reminiscent of paper mario games and earthbound. It only has 1 chapter because it is a demo so far as well as an endless mode with such a high difficulty spike it’s insane.
Real reward is not prize at the end, but instead dopamine you get when you perfectly dodge all attacks of 4 statues, while listening to one of best soundtrack
Hey Eclipse, you should probably try this game called Combat Initiation, it's quite good and the fact that it has 320+ players on average astonishes me.
4:48 the thing is that the male character jumps higher but you need to "charge" the jump (by that i mean you have to hold the space bar on your second jump), while the female character just jumps normally, just thing of this like playing Mario and Luigi (kinda), Luigi jumps higher but is slower and more slippery, while Mario has lower jumps, faster and less slipery.
I would like you to try a Roblox game called "BlockTales" which is a Story-Based RPG game inspiried by the Mario & Luigi Series, Personally I really like the combat as I enjoyed playing the M&L Games when they came out and the combat in Blocktales is very similar. Currently it's just a demo with only 1 chapter being out, giving you only around an hour of gameplay but I find that pretty okay for a demo. I do want to know what you'd think about the game.
Theres a game called Mobile Suit Gundam: Southeast Asian Front. I feel like it’s one of those games that needs to have more light shined upon it. (Disclaimer: you may not consider this game a “full game” but I just hope for someone famous to acknowledge it.)

You SHOULD play block tales. This is another "Mario" inspired game, but this is "Paper mario" instead of "Mario 64". This game have 98% rating and main quest based on "classic roblox". Also, this game have really good soundtrack tbh. Literally addicted to this game, but unfortunately there is actually not that much gameplay, since this is first demo. If you will review this game (and you definitely will with all this " Block tales" spamming) good luck with floor 19 pit. Not sure if I can call this masterpiece at this point, but still, this game insanely good
Play Pilgrammed, its an RPG game where you can create your own builds, using armor, accessories, and your weapon. Its one of the most charming games I've played on Roblox, and its also really fun.

I actually recommend playing the blocktales demo: it’s really fun for a Roblox RPG, and it plays like paper Mario.
I played super blox 64 and i genuinely enjoyed it! I have played it for over 10 hours and completed it at 100% thrice

You should try out parkour, it’s a parkour game (duh), and it has some VERY unique mechanics, you can do simple and complicated stuff that the game will teach you, when you join you are teleported to the tutorial and at level 25 you gain the ability to go into the advanced tutorial (you can go to any tutorial anytime as long as you have it unlocked), the game does not have a clear goal, just parkour around to unlock new gears and equipment that will give you more creativity, for example, the grappling hook, if you use it normally it has medium range and just gives you a slight dash that you can use 2 times until you reach a surface you can stand on (the game has fall damage), but if you use it and RIGHT before you get pulled you can use shift + jump to go 5x higher (if you are standing on the ground that is), or you can grapple into a wall and right before you get pulled you walk off the edge of a bulding and click shift + jump to do a long jump to go much further than a normal long jump + grapple.
1 criticism that i 100% believe you will say is that the game needs you to level up so much and it is too slow for a normal person to unlock the most complex, hard to master, hard to learn, go very far, and very fun to use stuff, but when you reach that point you will be a pro at the game and good enough to master using the things like the wings, and much more. But that doesn’t remove the fact that it takes a long time to get these things
(There are people who copied the game 1 to 1 but made you gain 5,000,000,000x exp and some of them unlock every fun thing which makes the game kinda bad because you have so much to do and no one to tell you how and no need to learn the mechanics)
TLDR: play parkour, it’s very fun but 1 bad thing, is that it takes a lot of time to get the most fun and hard to master stuff
one of the few games on roblox eclipse would probably play in his free time if it gets an update.
Play block tales or randomly generated driods if you want, block tales is cool game inspired by earthbound and paper Mario with a lot of charm and RGD is a cool lil rougelike
this is a bit random, but i got recommended AN ACTUAL gambling game where you bet on the ball drop (Plinko ball i think), probably got banned by now because i cant find it BUT THE FACT THAT IT WAS MADE AND HAT 300 PLAYERS
if you like this you should try parkour reborn, that games movement is insane its so in-depth, unfortunately new players always find it hard to get to lvl 20 to unlock all the movement :/

there is another game I'd say is good you should try out Block Tales (especially with friends) even if it's a demo it's still really fun to play.
If you enjoyed this platformer game, you should definitely try Kapi’s Rock and Roll! It’s a neat and charming, score/time attack based, 3D platformer with some very tight controls, I highly recommend it!

Nobody is mentioning Robot 64? its another roblox platformer heavily inspired by SM64, and if you think this game is charming, you'll love Robot 64. It shares a lot in common with this game, while (I feel) remedying most of the flaws. It also has its own OST, for every level, as well as alternate versions of each tracks for different sections of each world. It also has a decent amount of content (it took me about 5 hours total to 100% the game), with similarly free and smooth movement. And personally, I'm a big fan of the N64 aesthetic, and I feel it emulates it personally; Its very charming
You should definitely try out Block Tales, it’s a great up and coming RPG game that is very reminiscent of paper mario games and earthbound. It only has 1 chapter because it is a demo so far as well as an endless mode with such a high difficulty spike it’s insane.
Actually pit have only 20 floors and last one is some kind of secret superboss (aleast for this demo)
@@spbserega never made it past the 4 pillars so i assumed it was an endless mode because of the teleport feature
Real reward is not prize at the end, but instead dopamine you get when you perfectly dodge all attacks of 4 statues, while listening to one of best soundtrack
Hey Eclipse, you should probably try this game called Combat Initiation, it's quite good and the fact that it has 320+ players on average astonishes me.
4:48 the thing is that the male character jumps higher but you need to "charge" the jump (by that i mean you have to hold the space bar on your second jump), while the female character just jumps normally, just thing of this like playing Mario and Luigi (kinda), Luigi jumps higher but is slower and more slippery, while Mario has lower jumps, faster and less slipery.

I would like you to try a Roblox game called "BlockTales" which is a Story-Based RPG game inspiried by the Mario & Luigi Series,
Personally I really like the combat as I enjoyed playing the M&L Games when they came out and the combat in Blocktales is very similar.
Currently it's just a demo with only 1 chapter being out, giving you only around an hour of gameplay but I find that pretty okay for a demo.
I do want to know what you'd think about the game.

eclipse you should try out blox tales its honestly a really good turn based rpg thats inspired by earhbound and its theme is old roblox its not that long only about 1.30 hours long but its worth it (the game is in demo btw)

You SHOULD play block tales. This is another "Mario" inspired game, but this is "Paper mario" instead of "Mario 64". This game have 98% rating and main quest based on "classic roblox". Also, this game have really good soundtrack tbh. Literally addicted to this game, but unfortunately there is actually not that much gameplay, since this is first demo. If you will review this game (and you definitely will with all this " Block tales" spamming) good luck with floor 19 pit.

Play Pilgrammed, its an RPG game where you can create your own builds, using armor, accessories, and your weapon. Its one of the most charming games I've played on Roblox, and its also really fun.
Fully completed the game a lil bit ago give or take a month. Very good game overall! Can’t wait for it to be fully completed! 👍
