"She is at home, but it seems she is not really there. In her place, there is a person who can no longer control her body and her emotions. Yet that person, that woman who is becoming so absent, is her mom, suffering from Huntington's disease. It will be her favorite doll to explain to the child what happens to her mom."
The Broken Doll is the first cartoon about Huntington Disease. Is a project by NOI Huntington-The Italian HD Youth Association (www.noihuntington.it), in partnership with LIRH Foundation (www.lirh.it), realized by Macine Motion Picture, Greece (www.macine.gr).
