Rushing Fulmination is my favorite of these. It's like the Meteoric Strike martial arts for swords in that it's fast and compact move to maintain offense, except it has more range and isn't bound to a specific weapon class.

With the addition of all of the cool looking elemental tomes/spells, this game allows for the best MK ninja role plays out of most action RPGs (Scorpion, subzero, reptile, rain, tremor,...etc). Once I push mu scoprion build the furthest it can go I looking forward to make a pure ice/sub zero style build, because some of the those ice attacks look cool.

so is the purpose of domain spells to just block incoming elemental stuff? since they didn't seem to damage him?

Make sure that you are on NG+ (rising difficulty) to find them.
its pretty much rng to find their tomes, you will have to keep farming them.

i start the game from 0, iam in part 3, but this magic dont appear in my magic list but i have all the dlcs, it appear after i beat main story?

you probably have to finish the game first since they drop in ng+ (rising dragon difficulty)
