Great video! Just a quick question, do you have to do anything specific in terms of notifying HMRC if you have a BTL rental property but then decide to start renting it out as a FHA?

Hi, you would simply include the income and expenses for the period within the relevant section on the SA105 Property schedule. FHL boxes 5 to 19 and property income boxes 20 to 45. I hope this helps :) - AG
