Zebedee Actor From 'The Chosen' Breaks Down in Happy Tears, Says Holy Spirit Hit Him 'Like Fire'

- The actor who plays the boisterously happy father of two of Jesus' disciples in "The Chosen" is opening up about how the role was "downloaded to him by God."
At first, Nick Shakoour thought he bombed his audition. Instead, he was awarded the role of Zebedee, the father of James and John - the biblical "sons of thunder."
Nick told CBN's The 700 Club how his character has touched the lives of others and led to his own powerful encounter with the Lord that has radically transformed his life.

I felt the same way...i still sometimes feel that im not good enough for God....i feel so alone everyday...even though i have people around me...i just feel lonely and lost😢ive lost my daughter and my 3 grandchildren...she dosnt love me anymore and she wont let me see my grandchildren ever again...she has bin brainwashed by her father and his family...i bought her up and gave her everything...i put myself last so she could be first in everything i gave her and did for her...and now she hates me over trival matters😢😢😢im tired and im sick of living😢😢😢if thete is a God, please help me!

I've been praying for this since I first discovered the show! I still pray that many other cast and crew come to know Jesus.
That’s a Beautiful testimony. There is nothing more powerful and humbling as feeling the presence of God flow through your body and make you a new creation. I pray more and more of the cast have a personal I counter with Christ in the more powerful way.

Im not a mom. I went through a terrible marriage. I shouldnt ever been with him. He was my idol. I can also relate to the warning you had. When i moved to nevada, with my ex, i felt like God gave me a warning, saying if you dont tell him today (that i wanted and are going back home in SC), then i would have a reprobate mind. But God used me to share Jesus, to someone in a casino (didnt participate), in a marijuana shop, didnt buy anything, and witnessed to someone behind the counter. Sometimes, i have felt apathy, but i just gotta run, run, run after God! Thank you Nick for your testimony!! I love you!!! I love your heart!! 🤗🥰😇 I'm 40yrs old!

Once you experience Him it's like every good thing you've ever known, all at once, on steroids. All you want to do is talk about Him because He's all you think about. He's a part of every conversation, ever task, every errand so how can you tell even the most mundane story of your day without mentioning Him? He's literally the first thing on my mind when i wake up. Most mornings i come to full consciousness and realize i'm already in the middle of a conversation with him lol. He really is that good

This was very powerful. My daughter had a very similar experience when she received the Holy Ghost at 14 years of age. She was praising God with her hands covering her eyes, and she said that she felt very warm oil begin to pour down over her head and hands; the oil began to get so hot she could no longer sit still.❤

It happened to me too. It felt like an electrical shock that started in my
head, ran through my body and out my feet. I knew what had happened
because I had heard about this. I was praying in desperation when this
occured. It was an answer to my prayer. I needed to know if He was real
and He is ! My life has changed completely since then thanks to Jesus.

In the fall I turn 80, and even though I've been through MANY trials and tribulations, as many others Have too, with relationships, the Grace of God Always Sees us through.
His Grace is always sufficient... and we learn lessons about patience, love and forgiveness😊❤
