Ok this vid is 5 years old but felt the need to comment. Legit EVERYTHING about this video is absolutely perfect!!! The affirmations were exactly what I needed to hear and repeat, the breathing portion was beautiful and made me feel so grounded and so safe to breathe with someone, the music is perfectly simple (sometimes busy meditation music distracts me), your whispers are so relaxing, and your attention to energetically charged objects and your attention to your words is so so beautiful!!! I was wondering what is the best crystal for anxiety ?i used to have and I still have the worst anxiety ever, I can’t speak in public no matter how hard I try. I dropped out of college two years ago because of that and now I’m starting college all over again! I’m not into crystal actually but I thought I should give it a chance.. if you could recommend a crystal to me it will be great thanks
For public speaking or social anxiety in general I highly recommend wearing a Amber Pendent or carrying a piece of amber. Sodalite and Selenite are also amazing stones for helping with anxiety as well. I'm so proud of you for starting college again! You can do this!

noura So Happy for you. I was the same when young. I used to studder a lot. I avoided any oral communications in college and that was a requirement for most. I stuck with it no matter how uncomfortable. I found mentors at the college and started working as a student aid. Fast forward 20+ years I work at the same college in the science labs and teach. Choose a curriculum that doesn’t require a lot of speaking. Like science 😬if that is your interests. Good luck.

I had an anxiety/panic attack last night at 2AM and no matter what I did I couldnt fall asleep or distract/calm down my mind. The more I tried to ignore/calm it, I would feel piercing pain in my heart. Finally, I found this video.
