When we were both college students I I use to play ball with the fellas and my famous line was “you see I taught Allen Iverson this move!” 😂 Len Bias was one of the greatest college basketball players of all time! When I show my students how he would dunk over Michael Jordan! They are amazed that the University of Maryland back in the day was one of the most challenging teams not Duke! But they would be crucial competition for Carolina and NC State! Legendary Coach K once stated that Len Bias was one of the greatest players/competitors! Also, Lefty loved this young man! But I credit his tragedy to why so many my age stayed away from drugs because of “Frosty”! Now if someone would do a biopic of Len Bias it would still be a cautionary tale for this generation….Pierre could write it, KD, A. I., Steph Curry, Russell Westbrook could be producers, and LeBron has the company to film/produce! Ryan Coogler director!
