Free to play decks to legend is probbably more difficult now with goblins vs gnomes out. It would be interesting to see if he could still do it somewhat fast. TCG will after all become more and more pay to win unless very little new buyable content, that actually affects the meta, is released.

General advice: If a Paladin starts hitting a handlocks face, then he has generally all his board wipe in hand and wants you to play double molten. Here he only had bgh and aldor but it's about the same.

I don't think i've used it in constructed because i don't like rogue that much, but why hasn't this been a thing before? Maybe the Gadgetzan Auctioneer was just better before, and now it's not. I guess i just find it sad that there was no other rogue than miracle before. Weren't there enough cards to make that possible?

In trump's newer Handlock deck, he replaced the second Healbot with Sylvanas because he didn't have enough threats against Warrior and Druid, I have the same problem but I do not own Sylvanas. I got Toshley from a pack yesterday, can he replace Sylvanas? (same mana) and if not then what should I replace her with?
I'm starting to get really sick of handlock. Don't get me wrong, it's a really cool deck, I would probably play it if I had all those expensive epics. But GvG basically brought no new or interesting things to the deck, and it's still one of the most powerful decks in the game. Because it's everywhere I feel like it limits the amount of decks that are in play.
used to be at rank 12 at best (i have like no good cards and i am fairly new to hearthstone) now i invested some money crafted a handlock deck and currently i am rank 5 ... i would not consider me a good player and i only play to accomplish my quests and idk what it is with zoo but i seem to loose too many games with it ...
I can consistently get to ~15ish in one day with Zoo. Literally all you do is play every card in hand on every turn and you win against all the either bad 15+ players or bad 15+ decks that can't handle Zoo.
***** lol im f2p and am currently ladder climbing on rank 8 with a handlocke I was able to craft by disenchanting ALL my cards (except jaraxxus but I got alex out of a pack so yay) ive noticed the key to beating zoo is 2 antique healbots and 2 hellfire and mulliganing hard for them aswell as dark bomb, unless you get hellfire in your hands or some form of taunt, use all your removal immediately as it gets out of hand so fast, I win more than 50% against zoo so im not sure about your experience
So managed to climb four ranks yesterday by going on a nice streak with my own beast druid deck up to rank 5 (havent played mcuh this season). And for some reason it felt like it was struggling today as I didnt gain any stars pretty much maybe one at best. It's weird, because I felt like the deck had a nice balance between dealing with controll and aggro. Yet it felt extremely bad today...super odd.
Don't let it get you down, I've been running a deathrattle priest lately, some days it works like a charm and other days I just want to delete it. If you can find out exactly what is going wrong you should tweak it, otherwise give it another go and see if you get your streak back. Good luck!
Getting to Rank 5 isn't as hard this time of month, since a lot of good players are in legend and you can ride to 5 on winstreaks. Getting any higher is a lot more difficult, especially above rank 3, because a lot of folks are still trying to get into legend before the month ends. Not to say 5 is bad, it's like top 5% of players or something, but keep in mind the deck might need adjustment or replacement to get much further towards legend.
Against the druid the better play was to hit face with the boombot then mortal coil it because then darkbomb and hellfire win, instead of killing the bgh
I think trump should do like a stream where the chat picks the cards and class through strawpoll and trump picks the strawpoll cards so we don't get like wip's and Footman
I don't understand why trump values so much bgh in handlock vs handlock, since handlock doesn't run the 20 dmg combo anymore, it's not like if you leave a giant alive for one turn you're going to die. Also a handlock has 4 giant and maybe even boom to bgh, so I don't think it's that great a bgh in starting hand...

Stonski Magma Rager. Kappa Jokes aside, I don't see how Ogre Brute is a bad card to replace with Ancient Watcher. You need to wait until turn 4 anyways until you can shadowflame and in the meantime you'd put up either Ogre or Watcher. Ogre has the advantage of bypassing taunts and hitting stealthed minions 50% of the time. It also doesn't require an Owl activator or taunt to actually have it be a threat on the board.
Is there a reason why trump never plays shaman? I think it might be his least played class in the game. I just find it weird since shaman seems like it'd be right up trumps alley.
I play rushy/mech rogue and Loatheb into Galliwyx is just an autowin. Idk why people dont play it more(i guess coz rogue is kinda dead) but that card is insane. Its like a better Ogre that steals spells. But dont play it against miracle tho, coz you just hand them their entire deck lol.
How often do you expect to pull off a combo like that considering they're just two cards out of 30 and you need a decent amount of tempo by turn 5 to actually make it an instawin? My guess: not too often.

Semyon Galtsev It doesnt actually do the damage , either one Loatheb or Galliwyx prevents the opponent from casting spells that wipes ur board, and with Mech discounts+backstabs u have pretty big board till turn 5/6 against nothing. After that you can burst down with coldbloods and Tinkers oil and remove taunts with Sap. I have bursted plenty of control decks from 20+ hp in one turn, even warriors with their infinite armor.
Vin4enco I'm not saying it's impossible. Only that one legendary into another seems like a dream scenario. Rogue is pretty much *the* tempo class that doesn't even need that gimmick to win. Even played separately, Loatheb and Gallywix are strong. :)
Did anyone else notice he missed lethal on the druid when he was at 4 health? He could have attacked face with both bombs and used the 2 mortal coils in hand...
It has crazy synergy with Owl, Sunfury, Defender of Argus, and Shadowflame - meaning 6 - 8 activator in a typical Handlock deck. One can either get out what is essentially a Yeti on turn 2, a Sunwalker without the Shield on turn 3, or a Flamestrike on turn 4. All of these will wreck aggro decks pretty hard.

I know its a weird question because u dont know what cards i have exactly and there many decks that are "good" at the moment but i still wanna know what kind of deck u would run with low legendaries ( i have lee roy and Malorne :D)
Well for climbing you should probably start with an aggressive deck until you get a little higher up to make the grind a little shorter And after that I am not so sure

Dwarfy Lp Yeah though Mage rush usually don't use pyroblast (they usually aim to kill you before turn 10) Mage rush those that I have seen have usually used knife jugglers + mana worms + mirror images and sorcerer's apprentices (and just using the images to protect your minions while you just keep hitting face and killing the opponent while you kill them and possibly finish them off with fireballs and frostbolts) And Zoo also works though it is a bit more board control like it is still very aggressive
He doesn't like having the two (gold and non-gold) together, he only wants to do golden if he can do all golden. The only exception is if he only has a gold card, like his normal Cabal and the Golden one
it's just that i never understand value of zombie chow, 100% times i have seen it on board it has screwed over the user by letting opponent getting healed by 5 and barely getting out of the lethal range and landing game changing cards on board.
I just never understand, how do you get lethal turn 1, around the time you should play zombiechow? If you topdeck zombie chow at later stages of the game, then it's just bad draw, any card can be terrible if you draw it at a bad time, it's not a zombie chow specific problem

Is it just me, or should The Black Knight be good in this meta? I tried it out in a couple of decks and it won me many games. Handlock is popular in constructed, and you see sludge belcher all the time, not to mention the druid stuff e.g. Druid of the claw. It "combos" with recombobulator, so shouldn't it be good in this meta?

Trump's love for Zombie chow is unhealthy. Zombie isnt a good card out of being in priest or undertaker decks.
Its an amazing card.... u get a 1 mana 2-3 that can take out a 2 mana card or even two 1 one mana cards...

I've played Alexstraza instead of Lord Jaraxxus for a long time and had some good success with pre-GvG handlock.

Every deck has weak matchups you probably just got lucky yesterday and then got unlucky today.

I don't understand why trump values so much bgh in handlock vs handlock, since handlock doesn't run the 20 dmg combo anymore, it's not like if you leave a giant alive for one turn you're going to die. Also a handlock has 4 giant and maybe even boom to bgh, so I don't think it's that great a bgh in starting hand...

Yeah face hunter has the advantage against handlock...not enough taunts you see to handle the rush.

Jokes aside, I don't see how Ogre Brute is a bad card to replace with Ancient Watcher. You need to wait until turn 4 anyways until you can shadowflame and in the meantime you'd put up either Ogre or Watcher. Ogre has the advantage of bypassing taunts and hitting stealthed minions 50% of the time. It also doesn't require an Owl activator or taunt to actually have it be a threat on the board.
No, watcher costs low enough to combo with shadow flame, and ogre brute just makes the deck slower then it already is
Is there a reason why trump never plays shaman? I think it might be his least played class in the game. I just find it weird since shaman seems like it'd be right up trumps alley.
He plays whatever he thinks will get him more wins, so I guess it just means that he doesn't have that kind of confidence in Shaman.

I play rushy/mech rogue and Loatheb into Galliwyx is just an autowin. Idk why people dont play it more(i guess coz rogue is kinda dead) but that card is insane. Its like a better Ogre that steals spells. But dont play it against miracle tho, coz you just hand them their entire deck lol.
I tried it very good but still not as good as hand lock in the legend rank
How often do you expect to pull off a combo like that considering they're just two cards out of 30 and you need a decent amount of tempo by turn 5 to actually make it an instawin? My guess: not too often.

Semyon Galtsev It doesnt actually do the damage , either one Loatheb or Galliwyx prevents the opponent from casting spells that wipes ur board, and with Mech discounts+backstabs u have pretty big board till turn 5/6 against nothing. After that you can burst down with coldbloods and Tinkers oil and remove taunts with Sap. I have bursted plenty of control decks from 20+ hp in one turn, even warriors with their infinite armor.
Vin4enco I'm not saying it's impossible. Only that one legendary into another seems like a dream scenario. Rogue is pretty much *the* tempo class that doesn't even need that gimmick to win. Even played separately, Loatheb and Gallywix are strong. :)

You can't mortal coil face, and it would not have made a difference hitting the two in the face, since the bombs do 4 damage.

I just have one question. Why are ancient watchers so good there's 2 of them in the deck? You would think they're useless as they can't attack...

It has crazy synergy with Owl, Sunfury, Defender of Argus, and Shadowflame - meaning 6 - 8 activator in a typical Handlock deck. One can either get out what is essentially a Yeti on turn 2, a Sunwalker without the Shield on turn 3, or a Flamestrike on turn 4. All of these will wreck aggro decks pretty hard.

I know its a weird question because u dont know what cards i have exactly and there many decks that are "good" at the moment but i still wanna know what kind of deck u would run with low legendaries ( i have lee roy and Malorne :D)
leroy could be good in a rush deck maybe in miracle rouge
Well for climbing you should probably start with an aggressive deck until you get a little higher up to make the grind a little shorter

Yeah though Mage rush usually don't use pyroblast (they usually aim to kill you before turn 10)
Mage rush those that I have seen have usually used knife jugglers + mana worms + mirror images and sorcerer's apprentices (and just using the images to protect your minions while you just keep hitting face and killing the opponent while you kill them and possibly finish them off with fireballs and frostbolts)
And Zoo also works though it is a bit more board control like it is still very aggressive

He doesn't like having the two (gold and non-gold) together, he only wants to do golden if he can do all golden. The only exception is if he only has a gold card, like his normal Cabal and the Golden one

it's just that i never understand value of zombie chow, 100% times i have seen it on board it has screwed over the user by letting opponent getting healed by 5 and barely getting out of the lethal range and landing game changing cards on board.
I just never understand, how do you get lethal turn 1, around the time you should play zombiechow? If you topdeck zombie chow at later stages of the game, then it's just bad draw, any card can be terrible if you draw it at a bad time, it's not a zombie chow specific problem
Dan Dobney This is exactly why there is absolute zero value with zombie chow, it is the "if" you draw it opening hand which is really unlikely, having better 1 mana cards that are usable even in later game are wayyy better to have in your deck.

Is it just me, or should The Black Knight be good in this meta? I tried it out in a couple of decks and it won me many games. Handlock is popular in constructed, and you see sludge belcher all the time, not to mention the druid stuff e.g. Druid of the claw. It "combos" with recombobulator, so shouldn't it be good in this meta?
