I run the 400m and I run over a minute, my coach doesn't know much around my race. I run maybe a 70, but I want to run a 56 by next season. I work on legs and arms off season and a little Cardio to make sure I'm good. Could I do it if I tried?
I don't want to run in the Olympics, I just want to run in college or make at least 3rd place in a race
