Especially those slow moving riding low in the water. I’m going to try catching a wave with my skimboard off the beach on opposite side of the channel.
I ran a ground with a small boat thought i would nave to wait a couple of hours for the tide to come in one of those ships passed by it was scary i never experienced that before it got me back in the water
Glad you got out in one piece. I’ve seen those waves flip boats right over. Last month some people stopped to wade fish and anchored their bay boat about 20 ft from shore. They started running to get back to the boat, but…you ever tried running in waist deep water in fishing waders.
