i dont have option of merge shape in my power point so how i add it plz help
Use audio in it. Difficult to understand the steps. In fragment steps I find difficult to split the image then move a portion towards broucher.

There is no Merge Shapes in PowerPoint 2007, I recommend you to use PowerPoint 2016 or 19

Dear Alice, you just need to make the slide background from grey to white. If you are going to print it in A4 size paper than change the paper size.
If possible provide me your slide, I will help you to do it.

Congratulations! Thanks you! I have tried to export your ppt to pdf in order to test final quality in printing office. I have checked high quality advanced settings of images and printing in PowerPoint but the quality of exportated pdf (pdf maker or directly from PowerPoint) is not enough. Building image and cloud image have become a bit pixelated. Could you please explain us the best option to get good quality file to send to printing office?

Please slow down. This is not a race to see how quickly you can click buttons. Even when I replay multiple times, I cannot get the fragmented parts to work correctly. When I remove the parts, I have the background gray color and not the original panel colors.

You can use CTRL key to select the multiple shapes, hold the ctrl key an click on the shapes to select
