Just so you bros know....Spiderman starts being Spiderman at 15....that's what made him so huge back in the day. He was really the first popular kid superhero.
Steve wasn't just fighting Tony because Bucky was his friend, he was frighting because Bucky was innocent, and a victim himself, that's what Steve fights for.
Bucky may have been manipulated but he was far from innocent let’s be real pay attention to the line “Do even remember them…. I remember all of them!” Steve should’ve told Tony sooner and Tony would’ve found a way to help both were at fault but they needed a story so.
@@danielficarra2557 he not just being manipulated but brainwashed, he do remember because he can seeing it while doing a murder without his own control of his own body. That must be Painful for him for doing all of that.
Bucky didn't sound too happy when he said he remembered all of them. From the more lucid moments he had after the brainwashing, he'd rather have his mind cleared of all the atrocities he did.
@@danielficarra2557I couldn't pick a side when I watched the movie back then, but I know one thing for sure: Bucky is the only completely innocent character in this whole clusterfuck. I know that Bucky himself feels guilty but he's literally one of the most innocent characters and also the character that got dealt the worst possible cards in the universe. He got drafted in the war, got captured and experimented on, back into the war, lost an arm, experimented and tortured AGAIN, brainwashed for 70 years and forced to kill his friend, got chased by the authorities for something he was forced to do, had to live in fear for years, got captured again and brainwashed by a fake therapist who was just using him to hurt someone else, then lost an arm AGAIN. How the hell do people like you manage to blame him for all this? Both Steve and Tony have faults of their own BY THEIR OWN CHOICES, but Bucky never had a choice because it was taken away from him for his whole life.
And it would've been characteristically arrogant of him if he *had*. He was never much for taking responsibility for much of anything...but was a huge proponent of "blame." Hell, he brought massively advanced military equipment onto a college campus, intentionally antagonized what is literally one of the most powerful beings on the planet, and started firing sonic cannons and missiles in every direction. His career trajectory after that was...actually kinda realistic. 😅
Exactly. The first clue that the Accords as presented may not be a good idea, is that Thunderbolt Ross was presenting them. The man that only sees enhanced people as weapons.
One big thing to remember is after the death of Peggy, Bucky is the only person alive from before Steve was frozen, which is why he is not neutral in that fight
Thw problem with the villian that act on revenge, they hurt a lot of innocent life's, and in this case, the Avengers, Zemo cause more hurt more, how much more people dye or was hurt because his crusade against Avengers, he could have left orphans, widows, so in the end he cause more problems, yes he break the Avengers, but that break was very important against Thanos, they were divide in the fight

I know you guys were heart-broken over seeing Cap pick Bucky's side and go rough on Tony, but Cap was most definitely trying to only disable Tony and protect Bucky. He'd never want to intentionally harm Tony cause he sympathises with his anger, even says sorry in that letter (and reaches out to Tony right away). Can't wait for you guys to go through the absolute heartbreak that's Infinity War/End Game! Enjoying your reactions a lot! And the kitties are such a welcome addition, love them
I swear to this day,i dont think ive seen a better character premiere for the first time than with Black Panther's introduction in this film. His chase sequence against Bucky and Captain America is iconic, but one of my favorite little moments is when Bucky/Cap/ and Iron Man are hunting Zemo and Iron Man's technology cant detect Black Panther at all giving just the slightest glimpse into the advanced Technology of Wakanda. Finally with him being the one to not be blinded by revenge enough to see that Bucky was a Victim and the True Criminal was Zemo and capturing him alive.
The chase scene when they are running, it wasn't CG in the way you think. They were actually running there. There are behind the scenes/set videos showing that scene that you can look up.
You two are perfect for reacting to these films. Often one of you gets whats going on while the other is somewhat in the dark on the smallest detail, and it bounces back and forth between the two of you. The passion you both have, and the ability to share with one another, so that both of you think about what is going on is phenomenal! To me, that is what these films were about. Watching with friends and having discussions! Though I sided with Steve Rogers, Tony Stark had some good points. Beyond that, as you pointed out, the villain (known as Baron Zemo in the comics) wasn't truly 'evil'. He had his own legitimate perspective. I love these films because they took the comics I loved in the 1980s and 90s and created real world dilemmas. There are no 'black or white' situations, but shades of gray. I know you've loved it so far, but the overall story just gets better!
Agreed! I love how you each catch something different - I half expected Tony to be Team Cap and Victor to be Team Ironman but you balanced it beautifully
40:13 You guys mentioned Scar Jo’s( Natasha) stunt double earlier, fun fact: In these flashbacks one of the doctors and 4 of the super soldiers are the stunt doubles for several of the actors, including Heidi Moneymaker, who is Scar Jo’s stunt double. It is awesome they got some screen time as themselves! Super Soldier #1: Jackson Spidell , stunt double: Chris Evans/Captain America Super Soldier #3: Heidi Moneymaker ,stunt double: Scarlett Johansson/Black Widow Super Soldier #4 : Aaron Toney, fight choreographer: reshoots, Black Panther rooftop fight / stunt double: Anthony Mackie/Falcon / stunt double: Chadwick Boseman/Black Panther, reshoots, rooftop fight Super Soldier #5 : Cale Schultz , Captain America: Civil War (stunts)
I appreciate that you had a balanced understanding of both sides :) Cap is never meant to be neutral, he stands for the little guy against bullies, for doing the right thing against any personal agenda. It makes total sense that he protects an innocent Bucky against Tony's (understandable) murderous rage and from government agencies who have their own muddy motivations. Remember Ross who proposes the accords was the antagonist in Hulk, and King T'Chaka who calls for control of Super-powered beings hid the existence of Wakanda's own Black Panther. Cap just got done fighting Hydra posing as Shield - he is NOT going to sign any accords!
In the comics, Spider-Man started in high-school, around 15 years old, The character grew with time, currently he is 20-something. Adaptations vary, but most keep the origin and main action in high school or move soon to his early college years.
The crazy audience screaming and group gasp when Rhodie hit the ground was crazy in theaters. I remember just saying "That's it, that it, he's dead and this can't be fixed."
LOL, I love that he doesn't know who Mister Rogers is, BUT you both know "Sure, Jan" - your pop culture priorities are crystal clear! 😁 Great reactions as always.
For Marvel fans, this movie is indeed a feast, it's so enjoyable. However, the biggest problem with this film is that it fails to address its fundamental question: the dilemma presented in the first half of the movie-whose choice was right, Iron Man's or Captain America's? While superheroes save people, they also inadvertently harm some. Who should be held accountable for these sacrifices? In the latter half of the movie, the issue becomes Tony's personal quest for vengeance against his parents' killers. Tony's reaction is not unreasonable-no one could be expected to show mercy to those who killed their parents. However, this turns the issue into one lacking meaningful discussion. Personally, I agree with Tony's rational view that all power should be regulated, but emotionally, I support Captain America because we all know his values are sound, yet in reality, there are no people who are always right.
You asked early in the movie who the stuntwoman was for Natasha...her name is Heidi Moneymaker and she's amazing! This is definitely one of my favorite MCU movies. I honestly wish, sometimes, that I could forget all these movies and be able to watch them for the first time, again.
Chadwick Boseman - one of the most beautiful people in the world. And beyond that he was a great actor and a great man and taken far too early. Something they immediately forgot about Vision is that he's not just made of metal and wires: the device Ultron used to make him was designed to create real organic tissue, and because of vibranium's almost limitless flexibility as a substance, Ultron was able to have the device use it to make a body out of what's basically organic vibranium. If the continuity people at Marvel remembered the explanation in Avengers 2, they ditched it pretty hardcore. The technique for filming the high-speed running is an interesting one: it's something like trailing a treadmill behind a moving car for the actors to run on. Definitely looks a bit wonky, but it was either that or CGI, and they decided to go with the former. I'm glad you mentioned the fall damage people should've taken. The impact of the Superhero Landing would really, really screw up the human body, but I always had a slightly easier time waving it off just 'cuz it looks cool. But even if you're wearing a completely indestructible suit of armor, you're still going to end up splattered on the inside of it if you accelerate or decelerate too fast. Star Trek talked about "inertial dampeners" to explain why people weren't being thrown all over space ships, and the pedant in me always wished that they'd made some brief comment about something of the sort in the first Iron Man movie. Hand wave it away and never mention it again, but at least acknowledging the issue would've been cool.
I saw this in theaters with my son & husband on Mother’s Day 2016! Marvel movies are often released in May to kick off the summer movie season, not only is U.S. Mother’s Day in May, so is my birthday! So many great memories in Marvel May!!! As always, love your positive vibes and energy!
Also, Zemo is the only one who destroys the Avengers without any superpower, just with pure rage and intelligence, unlike Loki and Ultron with super ability
@@rashadwalker8218 And he still managed to never fall into mustache twirling. Just as much as he wanted to destroy the Avengers, he wanted to get rid of super soldiers for some really good reasons. "Did you really think I wanted *more* of you?"
One of the reasons this movie is a big deal, normally when you have 2 very popular characters fighting in a movie they either end in a stalemate, or a bad guy shows up that they team up to save the day from the bad guy. Sometimes it's even a result of a contract. Some characters/actors are contractually not allowed to lose. This movie actually sticks with the premise of the two main characters fighting till the bitter end.
thank u for the Natasha love! she doesn't get enough credit from the fandom so thank u for being those ones who show her love. but to discuss her in this movie: I think she isn't being a "double agent" if anything i think she is the most representative of us fans in this film because even she chose Tony's side, she acknowledges both sides and sees the bigger picture, that there isn't necessarily a right or a wrong side. She was on Tony's side first because she believes that what's most important is them sticking together it doesn't matter if they have less freedom as long as they do it together because that is where their strength is, when she let Steve go it doesn't necessarily mean she switch sides it's because 1.) she trusts Steve and she knows he's telling the truth that there are bigger conflict than whatever is happening in the airport and 2.) she knows that there is no point to all of the fighting but no one on each side is willing to stop, so she being the mature one, she's willing to let the other side "win" just to stop the pointless conflict and to also prevent any more bigger casualties. Case in point, Rhodey. she even said that to Tony that if neither of them stop, Rhodey's situation might be the best case scenario, there might even be de*ths. You can tell she was hurt when Tony said that she can't shake off that "double agent" thing because not only she isn't proud of her past and wants to prove that she is more than the assassin/spy that she was made, she was also doing it for the greater good of the whole team and Tony saying that is like he only sees her as the person she wants to forget. And to answer your question, what she meant when she said "I'm not the one that needs to watch their back" it means that Steve is right again with the whole government being involved, one minute you are their friend but the moment you make a move that doesn't comply with their terms you are their enemy so she's saying Tony is their friend now but soon he will realize the government doesn't really have his back. Team Natasha all the way!
Really enjoying your reactions. You guys are both on point and are dialled in to the audience experience. Other reaction channels have a lot of guessing about what's going to happen, or who will be in the movie, but I appreciate that you're paying attention. One point I want to clarify from your breakdown, is that Vision is made of actual 'living tissue'. The body was printed *using* vibranium, like how Clint's body was repaired such that "even your girlfriend couldnt tell the difference". Vision has robotic components, but he is very much biologically 'alive'.
Oh yeah, what an amazing movie.. I don't think Black Widow joined Iron Man's side to be a double agent though, I think she really supports the Sokovia Accords but just like a lot of characters in the movie let her emotions get the best of her and decided to let Cap go at the moment
I read a lot of the comics in the 80s and 90s that fed or influenced many of the stories that the MCU story is built on. Back then I was blown away by the good stories and thought how cool it would be to see them on the big screen. But I knew back then Hollywood didn't have the technology to pull it off well. So, it's good to see these finally. Fun Fact: In the comics Black Widow dated Daredevil for a while. The Daredevil comic was renamed Daredevil and Black Widow for a while because it was very popular. The once Netflix show "Daredevil" which is now owned by Disney is 100% worth watching when you get to it. The Civil War saga spanned through nearly every Marvel title at the time (1-3 issues per title). During many of the fights between sides you often had Heroes and Villains fighting along side each other. Horror Movie: The Hitcher (Rutger Hauer, 1986).
This movie is monumental. Made endgame happen. Made the end of universe storyline a reality. Also made phase 4 and phase 5 happen. Those phases have led to destruction of the franchise on levels no one thought it could've
And because Captain America was the only OG Avenger besides Thor with a movie scheduled between AOU and IW. Thor was off in space, so Cap 3 was the only movie where they could realistically fit in a Civil War plot line and Avengers break-up before IW.
Wanda/Scarlett Witch is my favourite! Can't wait for you to understand the full weight of Wandas actions by the time you see them in Endgame again. ❤ Keep up the epic work 🤩 🤩
Fyi, Spiderman gets his powers as a teenager in high school; the character is 15 in this movie. IMO there can be no neutrality for Cap when Tony is about to murder his friend. Bucky was wholly not responsible for his actions when under Hydra's mind control. That is plainly Duress.
Yeah, Steve wasn't going to sit back and try to moderate. Tony was absolutely out for blood, and I don't think Bucky could've stopped him (and might've let Tony kill him...talk about hauling around a freighter-full of trauma; and I keep expecting them to tell us that he was conscious while Hydra had him in suspended animation too, just to be *extra* cruel). Neutrality is one thing, but watching a situation going south, as he said, isn't something he's ever going to ignore.
Let me just say, Zemo has one of the best tactical minds in the Marvel comics universe. Awesome to see he gets the respect his character deserves in the movie version. Brace yourselves gentlemen, it's a deep hole you've chosen to go down. Not everyone makes it through the trials that are to come. Just saying.
I love your reactions! This was a terrific movie and perhaps one of the all time best of the MCU. Everyone has a valid reason to fight, everyone sees themselves as right. My only criticism is that you guys sometimes talk over important moments of the films.
"Bucky's like an uncontrollable teenager out of control because he hasn't really been able to live his life" EXACTLY IT'S NOT HIS FAULT. If a teenager is in an abusive home and forced by his parents to steal something from the store to avoid a beating you wouldn't arrest him for it either.
Great reaction as always! Your Cap movie reactions have been my favorites I have to admit though that the rapid shifts in formatting hurt my eyes as I try to keep track of where your faces are on screen. Had to stop thrice and come back, but loved the reaction. Never stop being so engaged with the characters :)
Not sure if someone commented that already but seeing your kitty in the beginning, reminds me of something. Fun fact(s) from the comics: Natasha owns a black cat called Liho in them 😊 Bucky also owns a cat in the comics, his is white and called Alpine!
The funny thing about the running looking CG it actually wasn't, I feel the same way though. They dragged long pieces of flooring behind cars and the stunt actors ran across that flooring at the same time the car was pulling it.
The strength of Captain America is the ability to withstand weights of up to 10 tons, while Spider-Man's set limit is over 20 tons. Therefore, in terms of sheer strength, Captain America is not as strong as Spider-Man. However, Captain America has more combat experience and agility.

There's so much to like about this movie. They finally addressed the property damage and casualties caused by the Avengers and their battles in the previous movies, the fight choreography is probably the best of any MCU movie (although Winter Soldier comes close, as does one of the Phase 4 movies which I won't name because of spoilers), the introductions of Black Panther and Spider-Man are perfect for the characters, and the villain actually had motivation beyond just wanting to take over the Earth.
The running isn’t CG. They had moving runways laid down and the stunt guys had to practice running on these things next to moving cars. It’s pretty amazing. They said it was really, really hard to get right. 😊
Spider-Man was always that one kid cracking jokes while fighting, Tom Holland is i guess okay in that, but Andrew Garfield is the example of 1:1 transition from Comics to Movie.
Really enjoyed your reaction to Captain America/Avengers 2.5: Civil War. I think Tony figured out T'Challa was Black Panther and was about to say it, but decided to let Victor see the actual reveal. That was perfect. Spider-Man's introduction is one of my favorites into the MCU. In the comics, Peter Parker was in high school. Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield were both much older whereas Tom Holland is closer to the age Peter is depicted as. At some point during phase 4 I recommend watching Spider-Man 1-3 and The Amazing Spider-Man 1-2. Civil War is some of the best fan service put to film. The airport fight scene is almost like a bunch of kids getting together with their action figures making the heroes fight each other. Except . . . . the team put a great amount of thought into who would be on each team split up up by who they thought would be on Team Iron Man and who would be on Team Cap. Then they painstakingly worked the combos to ensure a power balance between the two 'fractions' that would result in the best fight possible. Daniel Brühl as Helmut Zemo makes a very compelling villain. To think about, this movie is the first super hero movie where the villain wins. That's just one of the things that makes this film both mind-blowing and consequential. These movies were made by people who were fans of the comic books who respect the characters and the fans. Heidi Moneymaker has gone on to be a stunt coordinator. She played the female Winter Soldier. When you break down the super heroes in the movie, also take the time to think about which side you are on in terms of the Sokovia Accords. Might be cool to have a subscribers poll. The next movie is really strange.
I'm here from your 'Captain America: Winter Soldier' reaction. I love your reactions (and your adorable kitties 😻) ! When you said how it was weird for Steve to take Bucky's side I just couldn't help myself but say something. It's just if you think about it, it's not weird at all and is actually pretty predictable and expected. When Steve was growing up he was skinny and with a ton of health problems and didn't have friends. He had only one friend and that was Bucky. They met when they were kids and formed a very strong bond. When Steve's mom died, Bucky invited him to his place and didn't take no for an answer, telling him 'I'm with you 'till the end of the line'. Steve said it himself 'Even when I had nothing, I had Bucky'. Bucky always saved him when he got into fights he couldn't win. Bucky was in the 107th unit, the same one Steve's dad was in WWI when he died. Steve watched him fall before his eyes and 'die' only to later find out he had survived but was brainwiped and tortured for over 70 years. (And yet, their bond is so strong that just a few words were able to break through decades of brainwiping.) And in the jet on the way to Siberia Steve found out Bucky doesn't think he was worth all that happened and blames himself for what HYDRA used him to do. OF COURSE Steve would always take his side. I also hate the scene where Steve says 'He's my friend' and Tony replies with 'So was I', because the two can't ever be compared. Tony and Steve couldn't even stand each other at the beginning and fought side by side twice to save the world, but I don't know if that can be called friendship. They knew each other from what? A year? Two years? So, no, it's not the same and never will be. Steve will always take Bucky's side. Plus just before Steve started hitting Tony it was Tony who kicked Bucky in the face even though Bucky was on the ground, covered in blood, had his arm ripped off and barely conscious and only tried to grip Tony's foot to stop him from hurting Steve. In that moment when Tony kicked Bucky in the face he turned into something Steve always fought against -- a bully.
He didn’t even find out until winter solider and he explained why he didn’t tell Tony. Always fuck Tony the whole reason they were in this situation was his damn fault.
Natasha is a badass but tchalla bodyguard who told her to move isn't someone to mess with either lol which is why tchalla said that fight would be entertaining 😅😂
I just found you guys' reaction videos today and I have to say, you two are such a pleasure to watch! I love seeing how much you're enjoying your MCU journey and I'm excited to follow the rest of it. Winter Soldier and Civil War are in my top 3 MCU films of all time, so I'm so happy both of you enjoyed them so much!
Fun Fact: In these Marvel films, we see many of these super soldiers, and others characters, lifting motorbikes, throwing cars, etc.... so to put their strength levels in perspective... Max Level Human - Some of the biggest competitive weightlifters have set records at around 1200lb for brief deadlifting competitions. Super Soldiers - Comfortably lift around 1 ton (2000lbs) Spider-man - Comfortably lift around 10 tons Thor - Comfortably lift around 100 tons Hulk - He is a 100+ ton character... and his strength is hard to properly gauge as it grows, the angrier he gets. Theoretically, his potential strength is limitless.
@@Cream-2128 Which is why I use the word 'comfortably'. I can comfortably lift 50 lbs without much strain or effort.... but in a pinch I can deadlift a hell of a lot more. As for Thor, the comics are all over the place with his strength feats... but they all agree on one thing, while his strength may be incalculable, it is not infinite, like The Hulk. No matter what rating you give Thor, Hulk will always have that +1 potential above it.
Yes! Finally! I've been waiting for this reaction. After Captain America: Winter Soldier, this movie is my second favourite Marvel film. I loved getting more of Bucky's backstory too!
This exact comic book came out 20 years ago. Don't believe it all is new. Yes 2023-CGI-Big Budget Disney is today but Stan Lee and Marvel Characters and stories are Decades ago. Line for line word for word.
Vision has a lot of powers but the one ability he doesn't have is flight and the only reason he can fly is because he can make himself light as a feather or hard as vibranium which is why he didn't move from Hawkeyes punches. The vision also has super strength and speed. Not to mention the ability to shoot focus psionic blast from the mind Stone.
if only they didn't show Spiderman in the 2nd trailer for Civil War, the audience would explode in hype and surprise if they see Spiderman be introduced in the MCU
Their de-aging cgi on tony is actually phenomenal cuz that is EXACTLY how he looked in his younger years! Go back n watch some of his old movies n you'll definitely see
The Winter Soldier movie is why the directors, the Russo brothers, were handed the rest of the Avengers movies. Civil War was proof that it was a good decision. Definitely this movie was Avengers 2.5 as well as Captain America 2 at the same time. Spiderman Homecoming next?
Here are some facts that won't spoil anything going forward. What Wanda did to Vision in the complex was necessary because vision is the strongest avenger. Prince T'Chala female bodyguard was a Dora milaje a woman warrior made to protect the king or defeat him so one Dora milaje could handle Captain America which means Black widow didn't stand a chance. The Black panther strength is higher than Bucky strength but not not near Steve strength. Now of course due to T'Chala vibranium suit and claws he's more dangerous than Captain America ever could be. Ask for Spider-Man despite him being younger and his lack of experience. He's one of the toughest people in marvel. Yes he did get a black eye but death from Captain America shield hitting him in the face not the giant slap from Ant-Man. Spider-Man durability is equal to Kevlar. Spider-Man also a 10 times stronger than Captain America and the only reason Steve beat him is that he's lighter and a better smarter fighter.
about the thing you talk that spiderman hundred time stronger than cap, may be that is in the comic, in the mcu spiderman maybe like 10 times stronger than cap, maybe
You said the only thing looking CG was the running in the tunnel. Funnily enough that was actually real. 😆 They pulled long running mats behind a car with the stunt actors running flat out on them to create that look of superhuman speed.
St. Peter: "Cause of death?" Hydra Agent: "I drowned in a sink" St. Peter: "Any affiliations?" Hydra Agent: "I was a member of Hydra..." I know I'm a bit late and you will probably not read this, but how is Captain America supposed to be neutral in the end?? Bucky just want to run, Tony wants to KILL Bucky! Cap should be the farthest from neutral here!
For me I do understand people being upset with The Avengers in some situations like Hulk going wild in Age of Ultron. But everything else like that woman’s son at the beginning of this film that died in Sokovia…BUT IF THE AVENGERS WERE NOT THERE HE WOULD HAVE DIED ANYWAY. And probably in a much worse way suffocating from lack of oxygen and then falling and splatting back to earth. So I personally think it is silly in nostalgia cases to get mad at The Avengers considering the people were going to die anyways. And more people maybe even thee entire earth would have died if they weren’t there.
This movie changes like everything in the MCU for their characters going forward. I keep hoping we get a new movie from Marvel that’s as much of a game changer as Civil War was back in 2016.

Wanda is one of the most intriguing characters I’m glad you’re on board early because it only gets better from here.
40:13 You guys mentioned Scar Jo’s( Natasha) stunt double earlier, fun fact:
In these flashbacks one of the doctors and 4 of the super soldiers are the stunt doubles for several of the actors, including Heidi Moneymaker, who is Scar Jo’s stunt double. It is awesome they got some screen time as themselves!
Super Soldier #1: Jackson Spidell , stunt double: Chris Evans/Captain America
Super Soldier #3: Heidi Moneymaker ,stunt double: Scarlett Johansson/Black Widow
Super Soldier #4 : Aaron Toney, fight choreographer: reshoots, Black Panther rooftop fight / stunt double: Anthony Mackie/Falcon / stunt double: Chadwick Boseman/Black Panther, reshoots, rooftop fight
Super Soldier #5 : Cale Schultz , Captain America: Civil War (stunts)
Heidi is not only Scarlett’s stunt double, she’s the stunt coordinator for the entire MCU!
@@daryllyew62 Nice! I didn’t realize that, she is awesome!
Ultron = Tony + Banner + Mind Stone
Vision = Ultron + Jarvis
So yes, he has emotions.
I appreciate that you had a balanced understanding of both sides :)
Cap is never meant to be neutral, he stands for the little guy against bullies, for doing the right thing against any personal agenda.
So true 😂😂😂😂😂
It didn't fail to address it because you CAN'T address it. Both are simultaneously in the right and in the wring, depending on who you ask
Starting out with the little black "panther" in the background.....perfect.
100% agree!!
He's like a lex luthor of marvel
@@rashadwalker8218 And he still managed to never fall into mustache twirling. Just as much as he wanted to destroy the Avengers, he wanted to get rid of super soldiers for some really good reasons. "Did you really think I wanted *more* of you?"
Great reaction, you should watch how they did the tunnel running scene, its done much more practically than you would think.
I like how Tony isn’t the “villain” of this movie, but he’s the “final boss fight.”
Omg yes I’m sooo hyped !!!
Awesome reaction guys! Hope to see the figurines in the next one :)
The most dramatic moment of the MCU is Cap dropping his shield.
"We need to be put in check!"
thank u for the Natasha love! she doesn't get enough credit from the fandom so thank u for being those ones who show her love. but to discuss her in this movie: I think she isn't being a "double agent" if anything i think she is the most representative of us fans in this film because even she chose Tony's side, she acknowledges both sides and sees the bigger picture, that there isn't necessarily a right or a wrong side.
RIP king T'Challa Chadwick boseman you will always be remember
Wakanda forever
May the black panther rest in peace
Those phases have led to destruction of the franchise on levels no one thought it could've
i think the main reason this is a "Captain America" movie is because it's focused on politics and the Captain is the main focus
And because Captain America was the only OG Avenger besides Thor with a movie scheduled between AOU and IW.
Thor was off in space, so Cap 3 was the only movie where they could realistically fit in a Civil War plot line and Avengers break-up before IW.
"So was I" when Tony said this is hurt. /// Your black 🐈⬛ is really cute.
Wanda/Scarlett Witch is my favourite!
Can't wait for you to understand the full weight of Wandas actions by the time you see them in Endgame again. ❤
Keep up the epic work 🤩 🤩
Thank you very much ❤
Black Widow is my fav Avenger ever. She's everything and don't need super strength or powers to prove how badass and effective she is.
LOVE HER ❤
Fyi, Spiderman gets his powers as a teenager in high school; the character is 15 in this movie.
I love your reaction to when we first see Natasha on screen.
Bucky Kicks ass
"Bucky's like an uncontrollable teenager out of control because he hasn't really been able to live his life" EXACTLY IT'S NOT HIS FAULT. If a teenager is in an abusive home and forced by his parents to steal something from the store to avoid a beating you wouldn't arrest him for it either.
Great reaction as always! Your Cap movie reactions have been my favorites
I have to admit though that the rapid shifts in formatting hurt my eyes as I try to keep track of where your faces are on screen. Had to stop thrice and come back, but loved the reaction. Never stop being so engaged with the characters :)
Not sure if someone commented that already but seeing your kitty in the beginning, reminds me of something. Fun fact(s) from the comics: Natasha owns a black cat called Liho in them 😊 Bucky also owns a cat in the comics, his is white and called Alpine!
this is one of the best MCU movies ever
ps: love your marvel reaction vidoes, more please!

49:20 The people are in the MCU, I'm sure they've got Superhuman Damage Insurance on their vehicles! 🤣😂🤣
To Chadwick, Wakanda forever
The running isn’t CG. They had moving runways laid down and the stunt guys had to practice running on these things next to moving cars. It’s pretty amazing. They said it was really, really hard to get right. 😊
Spider-Man was always that one kid cracking jokes while fighting, Tom Holland is i guess okay in that, but Andrew Garfield is the example of 1:1 transition from Comics to Movie.
The Filmation intro was nice
Enjoy this stage of the MCU, it's glorious 🤩 and by the way I loved your reaction
Thank you!! 😁
Man I effin BAWLED in the theater. I cry every damn time when Tony learns the truth🥺
That was such a strong moment, and RDJ does such a good job you can see the feeling of betrayal on his eyes.
Florence Kasumba (Ayo) is such a boss. And one of those cases of an actress and side character who keeps popping up, and is always a joy to see.
Welcome aboard!!! Thanks for the kind words it really motivates us to continue.
Fun Fact:
In these Marvel films, we see many of these super soldiers, and others characters, lifting motorbikes, throwing cars, etc.... so to put their strength levels in perspective...
Max Level Human - Some of the biggest competitive weightlifters have set records at around 1200lb for brief deadlifting competitions.
Super Soldiers - Comfortably lift around 1 ton (2000lbs)
Spider-man - Comfortably lift around 10 tons
Thor - Comfortably lift around 100 tons
Hulk - He is a 100+ ton character... and his strength is hard to properly gauge as it grows, the angrier he gets. Theoretically, his potential strength is limitless.
Thor and hulk are a lot stronger than that and spider man lifts more than 10 tons. Thor strength is also incalculable
Can’t wait for your other reactions!

Help: Amazing Spiderman high school kid Spectacular Spiderman Working full time Daily Bugle. Two separate comics. So your both right
Here are some facts that won't spoil anything going forward. Spider-Man also a 10 times stronger than Captain America and the only reason Steve beat him is that he's lighter and a better smarter fighter.
about the thing you talk that spiderman hundred time stronger than cap, may be that is in the comic, in the mcu spiderman maybe like 10 times stronger than cap, maybe
absolutely agree except for that spider man is not that durable but definitely much stronger than Cap and BP
Vision is nowhere near the strongest avenger
Panther and cap are literally equal in strength in just about anything marvel puts out.
Spider-Man stopped Bucky's metal arm punch. Has to be strong to do that.
You said the only thing looking CG was the running in the tunnel. Funnily enough that was actually real. 😆
They pulled long running mats behind a car with the stunt actors running flat out on them to create that look of superhuman speed.
That’s crazy, even the airport scene we just found out after everything was CG, they really did a good job here.

you should watch the TOBEY McGuire and Andrew Garfield Spider-Man Movies... that is crucial before you proceed with phase 3
Spiderman 1 coming after Dr Strange 🎉
we'll be waiting for it, excited already
Maybe deadpool 3 will send us back in the right direction
Oooh this a gooooooood one.
