Another amazing class this morning. Loved doing this with my 2lb ankle weights and 4lb dumbbells. The only really hard move was keeping the ankle weight still on the leg with the arm & leg crunch. Was hoping for another ankle weights video, as they’re what I most often use for Pilates, thank you
