Thank you so much. But if possible can we not have the background music ? Or reduce it ?

    Hello!
Regarding question 6, I believe that data flush interval is related to the interval of writes (flushes) from the collection buffer in memory to disk. Decreasing it would only make it flush more often. The read only state is caused by exhausting the amount of disk space allocated to query store, thus doubling the statistics collection interval would reduce the disk space usage.

This is counterintuitive, yes, i know. But according to chatGPT, this is the right answer because it allows the query store to Manage better its resources. And not only chatGPT Said that, but also Phillip Burton, a teacher that has several courses on Microsoft SQL server.

Background music makes it very hard to understand. For those who have the same issue, just download the video and check some automated software to get subtitle out of video speech, then bind subtitles to the video and watch the video with subtitles

Are you sure about the DBCC DATABASE: that causes fragmentation.

Seems like a good video- you have put effort into the content and visuals, but the voice audio quality has lots of explosive air sounds - aka plosives. Try getting a usb mic to record these - it will be a big improvement. If you already have a mic, get a windsock or screen. Thank you for making these videos.

I have one confusion in question number 7 . In most of the website it is showing answer 8 even if there is a 16 CPUs.

In the best practices of sql server 2019, in the installation to create 8 datafiles for tempdb, then in the question 7, answer correct is 8, but by 1vcpu assigna 1 datafiles in the tempdb

The number of files depends on the number of (logical) processors on the machine. As a general rule, if the number of logical processors is less than or equal to eight, use the same number of data files as logical
processors. If the number of logical processors is greater than eight, use eight data files and then if contention continues, increase the number of data files by multiples of 4 until the contention is reduced to acceptable levels or make changes to the workload/code.
