- Mangoes are in season, and I'm sharing with you one of the easiest coconut milk dessert recipes. This recipe is easy to make, calls for very few ingredients, and is full of flavor and aroma. You can adjust the quantity of sugar and mangoes to your preference. Happy cooking!
Ingredients:
Tapioca Pearls / Sago - 1/2 Cup
Coconut Milk - 200 ml
Milk - 2/3 Cup
Sugar - 1/4 Cup
Ripe Mango - 1 (cubed)
Garnish: Mint leaves / basil leaves / more mangoes.

When I put it in the fridge, the coconut milk hardens. Are you using the canned coconut milk, or one of those coconut milk beverages?
Hey there, thanks for asking. You can use fresh coconut milk or canned. If you're using canned milk and it is too thick, you can dilute it with some water. Also, mixing with regular milk as mentioned in the recipe should allow it to stay liquid. Try and let me know what works best for you 🙂
i use coconut milk in can, if its get thickened just add more milk
