May mankind be remembered, as fairy tales animals tell their young to sleep. A cautionary tale for great and small, about what happens when you sink too deep.
Oh whoa, I had no idea this was a thing ... some of the details Bethesda adds into their games are seriously way too cool. Which is pretty much the main reason I'm looking forward to Fallout 4; I know that Bethesda is gonna get the big things like world building, gameplay, etc. right, but for me the details are what make Bethesda games! Also you just earned yourself a like & sub! :D Also, I apologize for spamming your comments like this, but I’ve actually got a channel of my own that I’ve been working pretty hard on for a while now. My channel focuses mainly on Fallout, but I also have a Shoutout series/contest intended to help smaller TH-camrs grow their channels. No obligation of course, but if you could check me out and let me know what you think when you find some free time, I’d really appreciate it! :D
+Roshank Redemption Yeah Man That's what I love about the Fallout/TES Series the small stories and locations! Thanks for the sub :) I subbed back cool videos man keep it up!
A reference to Ray Bradbury's story, where the AI of a house reads the poem to an empty house after a nuclear holocaust.
Ah yes, finally a person who I think who reads the text
And that itself is inspired by Sara teasdale's there will come soft rains poem which Is what is read in the story and the poem in the game
This is one of the saddest moments, he Sings the Poem... not knowing... he’s allready passed
Nature remains completely indifferent as to whether or not mankind succeeds or goes extinct.

The original poem comes from Sara Teasdale

I want him to read some Edgar Allan Poe
2020 Coronavirus gives this a new meaning
Badly recited
It kinda sounds more like He’s reading the poem as a coping mechanism.
