I think i speak for everyone when i say that you need to start over if you only watched the 4kids version of one piece. 4kids one piece was so bad it became a meme.

If you get into one piece dont have the mindset on like "I want to see what are in the 400 episodes already" just look forward to the current arc if you look that far ahead its gonna annoy you, just enjoy what you got and watch the anime slowly escalate, also dont watch the openings until you finish the arc and (alot) of people say you can, only read top comments if you react to the anime because a lot of fans watch the anime so their are some toxic bois, finally for the people to be satisfied you should watch minimum 3 episodes and add a couple more sometimes, if you go less than 3 you'll probably take too long and start forgetting shit of the anime.
You have to watch the One Piece anime, the current arc is fire.

Well if you would have cought up to it when 4kids was doing it you would be confused AF by the series They Cut around 20 episodes from the first 146 episodes that they dubbed.Including an arc that is essential to the later part of the story

I've watched naruto, hunterxhunter, dragonball, bokuno hero, attack on titan, fairy tail, full metal alchemist, nanatsu, one punch man.. every single episode, and many more, but still.. ONE PIECE is the GOAT , you have to watch it man , for me opening 13 is the saddest opening :')

One Piece = The best Anime ever (For me).
If you react to it. = I will watch every single one of them.
If you wanna get into one piece make sure to go along at your own pace and don't stress too much about catching up, its not about breezing through it quickly but the journey to get there!

When I started watching One Piece in order to catch up I watched up to 30 episodes a day. I finally caught up over the holiday just in time to see Snake-Man. One Piece has become my favorite anime of all time by far. Its no contest.
Started the series over and on episode 112 at the moment I just want to keep the adventure going.

One Piece is an amazing show, it's just long as all hell. You'd probably have to react to 4-5 episodes per video. All I can say is you won't regret it if you watch lol. After like episode 250-300 it'll become an addiction.

Never too late to start One Piece. There's an overwhelming number of episodes, but no need to rush it, you'll enjoy it much more when you don't play the catch up game.
Opening 14 is a gem! Also I suggest watching openings 17, 20, and 21 somewhere else bc they contain multiple versions & that video edits them altogether (so the song plays way longer).
And if you decide to react to One Piece, I suggest getting mods for your comments eventually.

I haven’t got to the point of OP14 but I’ve been spoiled so I know pretty much the reason for the tone behind it, but the song and visuals, as well as making me feel hollow, are also incredibly nostalgic and I know the memories of this show will hit hard in a few years.

Bench watch like 5 or 10 episodes whenever u r free then count down until u reach 800 n skip the openings in order to finish it faster
If you watch every day 5 episodes, you will need around only 6-7 months to catch up. But it's not about catching up, it's about enjoying the journey

The video you are watching for these openings edited different versions of opening 17,20,and 21 together, so it may seem like the opening is long and repeating itself, but in reality it is just all of the versions of that opening placed together.

It wasn't going from Luffy to Shanks to Luffy again in Op15, it was the original holder of the straw hat who then passed it down to Shanks who finally passed it down to Luffy, asking for it back once he has become a fully fledged pirate with a full crew. His crew is not full yet.

Reasoning why Opening 14 makes you wanna cry is because it goes tandem with op 13, i'm not sure if you're caught up with One Piece
so Spoilers
For OP 13 its all about flashback of Luffy and Ace because Ace died protecting Luffy, so he was having an ordeal trying to cope with his death and his own depression, in 14 its him remembering his friends and finally coming to terms with his death and moving forward, with his brother giving him the first push. They did an excellent job during these two openings and getting people to be emotional.
I recommend getting into OP, DONT react to it, unless you plan on making about 894 episode reactions. ( currently 894 ) BINGE IT! And yeah, OP is literally the best manga of all time, and the most popular.
Opening 17 is just for the 20th anniversary. Luffy won't fight those guys for a long time. Opening 19 is the same except not for a anniversary

With my school work 5 years ago (which had 700+ episodes) I watched it for 3 months so you can probably do it for half a year at most.
Every One Piece chapter / episodes are good dont worry about catching up. Also I love digimon too
