    Despite many attempts to seek assistance through emails to the branch team and customer care ream regarding online banking access, the empathy and response provided fell below the expected standard. Absolutely flabbergasted to encounter almost no assistance, blunt automated type of response has significantly impacted my confidence in the bank’s customer service. Seriously, this bank needs to review their current customer service practices and policies to ensure they align with the goal of providing a positive and respectful experience for customers. 😮‍💨

In this case, you can receive funds in your account but cannot withdraw it. You can verify the account only when you visit Nepal and any of our branches. Apologies for the inconvenience.     The WORST bank ever.
    ATMs rarely works, poor mobile banking service. The money gets hold for like a week even in inter-bank transfer.
    Congratulations being worst among the bads.
    I use 3-4 different banking services and this bank has always given me the worst banking experience.
    I am starting to PUKE.
