Way too expensive to invest. They ask for too much money citing the location and build quality. But 1) This will depreciate 15-20% in a few years. Look at casagrand when they mentioned that they will not be able to issue the full amount due to land issues but they will have to depreciate the asset. Also the rent is around 2-3% you get more in your FD or index funds. If you are going to live there for many many years then it's fine but it's not a good investment.

Thanks for your opinion.This is Around 35 acre project and phase wise construction is happening.becoz of the demand, the supply created there. This community is purely for living purpose. Having good atmosphere. Always all residential project producing 4 to 5% rent per annum,this is the Thumbrule.And in addition the property value also has year on year growth.Last 10 years ago in this project we sold 2Bhk for less than 30 lacs.In the same community today we are selling 2 bhk for around 55lacs.This is for your information.
