Thank you for the house tour. I would not encourage you to start a new channel for the house improvements. It will delay the growth of this one. I'd suggest that you have a home series and name it from Home Vlog episode 1 until you are done and continue with your normal vlogs.

As a carpenter I agree with Kwanda on every opinion and suggestion 👌👌👌👌please mama ka Panda take his suggestions he is spot on. You can spray paint the wardrobes into glossy black he is talking about and change handles without removing the doors

Congratulations on your new home ❤ your house has so much potential. Love the open plan kitchen and walk in linen cupboard ideas. I think you can close out the door and sliding door leading outside and turn that space into a 4th bedroom, open up your room a bit more and turn the 2nd kitchen into an office space (maybe have a little coffee station and sink to utilize the plumbing there). On the outside I love the pool and lawn idea. Maybe you can do a dining set by the braai area, a lounging set by the lounge side and those swing/ hanging chairs on the outside of your bedroom. Best wishes for all the future projects for your home.
Kwanda is on to something though. Paint and change the handles will make so much difference in your bedroom wardrobe. Your house is stunning congratulations you guys🎉❤

I agree with Kwanda on the laundry room and pain the bathroom cabinet black and the shower frame black, you could change the taps to black too.
Then I think you could move the wardrobe wall into the second lounge just before the sliding door, straight to the other door. Then one side you have your walk in closet and have an office/study where it is now. It will just be in your room. I hope it makes sense 😅
Also when you do the kitchen you could use the larger tiles ❤

Suggestion for the main bedroom: there's alot of space you can steal in the 2nd lounge where you can make a walk in closet. And still have space for another small bedroom, office space and small lounge/kids tv room

No need for your room extension, you can just break the wall on the wardrobe side so it can be spacious and you can have a closet area 😊 therefore that room you’re suggesting for umntana ozayo it can be also be enough for umntana ❤❤❤

Big and beautiful house, indeed it was well looked after. I agree with tata ka P about changing the 2nd kitchen into a laundry. Get an architect guys she or he will advise you accordingly, also some walls you can not demolish as they are holding the house structure, in the meantime if you don't have it yet. get the house plans, it will greatly help your architect to see how the structure of the house is in terms of certain walls and plumbing pipes/drainage system are etc. Once again congratulations guys👌👌🙌🙌

Lovely house! Congratulations fam 💫 Here's my 2cents 😅 I agree with bhut' Kwanda on turning the second kitchen into a laundry room/Store room a washing machine and dryer would fit perfectly there. The second lounge area where umama ka Panda wants to have a bedroom.. That would be a great idea, and have a kids play room and a TV (Cinemas vibes for Panda and friends LOL)... OR a mini bar space (not necessarily le yotywala, LOL not sure if I am making sense) but if say you're hosting couples, gents can chill in the lounge area and ladies in the bar area (or vice versa)... OR have a second office space there that will have a bookshelf?? I am thinking, if you turn it into a room, the lounge space and the pation are then compromised. Also, turning the main bedroom cupboard into a walking closet will minimize the bedroom space.

I think maybe swap the couches let the other lounge be the formal one and the second one be like a pj lounge,it makes sense to keep it like that cause of the braai area

Hi just throwing it out there, another option is to use the enclosed kitchen as scullery/pantry and just move ur nice appliciances plus Iceland over there, actually u can still use ur server window as an bar area...just needs some barchairs. Loving your place. Congrats from Namibia❤

Just an idea you could change your current bedroom into a bigger bathroom with a walk in closet and move your bedroom into the big open space with a dividing wall into the “pyjama area” where you want to put the sleep sack/bean bags….
