First of all, just fire Mike Brown. This team is not a contender, but also definitely not 13-18 bad. So it's on Brown. He didn't figure out how to use derozan, he's messing around with the rotation for 30+ games, starting monk is a desperate move not a smart one. Even we got cam johnson or anyone, Brown will use them until they have literally no trade value. Fire Brown will not solve every problem, but it's the only way to avoid a rebuilding, which will lead to another 15 year of darkness.

On the night of the 2022 NBA draft, the mood in the Jazz draft room was somber. They had no significant picks and the Jazz had just lost in the 2nd round of the playoffs with not much hope to advance further in the future. Danny Ainge walked around the draft room and asked each person if they were having fun which many times he received silence. That told him all he needed to know. Since the beam team run, I have not been having fun and this team collectively does not have the resilience to put together a big winning streak. On top of all of this, Fox looks ready to go. It’s time for the proper rebuild the Kings have never done under Vivek. I’d rather have hope in watching young prospects than watch this team lose in the play-in (if we’re lucky.) He can’t dribble or be a playmaker so you can’t really run an offense through him, he can’t really shoot that well, currently only shooting like 30% from 3, 1 of 7 tonight. He doesn’t ever drive the lane or get to the free throw line, he averages less than 2 free throw attempts per game. I thought I saw flashes of good defense from him last year but idk what happened. It looked like Cade cooked him tonight. So someone please explain it to me because I don’t get it. Also the Kings cannot guard a soul on defense & I think that is their biggest problem by far. Letter to the Owner of the Kings! Your team is not this bad. Why the Kings keep losing? Answer 1! Sabonis, Demar, Keegan, the Kings closing front line is to small! The Kings front line cant rebound, rim protect, which helps other teams get to the free throw line fast in the 4th quarter. Look at the last 7 minutes of the game vs the Pistons, the Piston guards and bigs men attack the rim hard, Trey, Demar, and Keegan did not have a chance! Details, Fundamentals, Heart, etc. etc. is not going to stop SIZE, ATHLETIC PLAYERS! Look at the Denver, game, Joker, Aaron Gordon, Michael Porter, dominated the Kings on the boards to come back and win that game. Answer 2! Fox and Demar do not work in closing time, your top two options in clutch time, can not be two ISO guys! Fox and Demar both kill ball movement, the last 7 minutes of Kings game! The Kings top two options in Closing or Clutch time need to be Fox and Malik, Malik will at least attempt to make a play and move the ball. I repeat, Fox and Demar are killing the KINGS clutch offense, both stop the ball. The Kings biggest weapon is pace, the small Kings front line is not built to play half court defense. Answer 3! Teams are not guarding Demar much in clutch time, they are jamming up the paint, keeping Fox and Malik out of the paint. Demar is not a 3 point shooter, teams will live with Demar taking tough twos and stopping the Kings offense COLD!. Owner of the Kings, you need to seek outside eyes! Seeing the graphic that said Fox was playing his 500th nba game felt weird as hell man. It does NOT feel like it's been that long. Seeing him foul Ivey and ivey made it made me incredibly hype. We still got that game off highway robbery btw.
I predicted this with the Derozan trade....i still don't understand this trade... You lose physicality, defense losing Barnes and also with monk and fox, why do you really need Derozan???... You needed a physical PF who plays defense and rebounds to initiate your transition and open floor game ....
Well said murali! @toddpacker1015, you must be joking, get out of here! I would rather take last year team over this years anyday! I been saying the same thing since the trade. Derozan trade was the failure of this team! Barnes did a lot of things that the stats sheet don’t show! The main thing was Barnes was a better flow player leader and he didn’t stop the ball! The chemistry is off and you can tell! Barnes was also a better 3pt shooter, defensive player. Then you lose a defensive player like Mitchell. The said part, you look at stats from this year from last. The only difference is 3pt shooting and assists per night dropped. Then you can’t forget our defense is worse too. The fg% we are the same.

Fox asked for structure, he got structure. As a result, he’s becoming unaccountable. The team looks rudderless on the court and is need of a leader. Today was an opportunity lost in the leadership category
Sad! Beyond sad actually. After 30+ years a Kings fan i have for the first time been hoping they lose. Saw this after first 20 games and knew we needed a complete rebuild and new front office, coach. Id fire everyone that makes decisions.
Fox as the leader needs to step up and be vocal! Getting on the guys and pumping them up to get it together. He also needs to take accountability when he screws up.
So who’s to blame for not making the moves we all know we lacked? Size, length, paint …. Monte? Dwight Howard said he’d come here, not picking up Crowder right away , our bench is shit… who knows there’s a marathon and dosent train…..🤷🏻♂️only the khangz baby
After the game I was walking around the arena yelling “GO PISTONS” “CADE RULES” “BOOOOO” I’m in full blown kings gear by the way. Felt good to let out my frustrations 😂
Fox isn’t built to lead a team. 8 years and one playoff appearance arguably only because the west was injured. 8 years and no development in a 3pt shot? I’d rather us trade him to the Heat, Rockets, Spurs or Magic for picks plus prospects than to remain mediocre which is where this team is heading now matter what. Fox is completely checked out and I hope Devin Carter can understand the opportunity presented to him. We will have a top pick this year no matter what so why not tank and let it get higher
2022-23 was such a Mickey Mouse season lol. Fans hate to hear it, but it’s the truth. The entire West was injured all reg season. Finishing 3rd was the worst thing that could’ve happened to this team. Fooled the entire organization into believing Fox is a 1st Option and that Sabonis is a playoff level center.
honestly i say we just talk at this point….trade all of our assets. and let’s start over. we are ruining fox’s career at this point and i feel bad for him. we are the kings and this is just who we are at this point
14:22 No hold on a second. Are we going to act like deaaron doesnt do that nonsense at least twice a game. The amount of times i have seen him do that exact thing is a little scary.
I think defensive consistency is one of his big issues. He has the ability to be great on that end but doesn't do it all the time. That mistake at the end of the game was pretty big.
When it was announced that Carter had surgery and would be out until likely January, I thought to myself, "Well, worst case scenario if the season is going terribly, at least it will be something to look forward to," and it's so depressing that that's where we are, but this has been a "worst case scenario" type of season in every way. Thank you for mentioning the bad optics around Fox, I don't like to pile on and blame him for all the team's struggles because obviously it's not all on him, but the way it is unfolding with him is so disappointing right now. I think he has always seemed to be someone that kind of wears his frustration in a certain way, like he will project being more distant and aloof and not really vocalize it and that's okay, but just in light of him doing the podcast, the athletic article, and this whole mess, it just looks terrible. The comment he made the other day at practice about the team being in a position to not control their own fate was baffling to me, same with his comments tonight. Fair or unfair it just feels like he's put out in the ether that he's got one foot out the door and lacks commitment and belief in what the team is doing and the rest of the team has followed suit. It feels too much like the '21-'22 season before the Sabonis trade where everyone knew trades were coming and were just going through the motions waiting to get off the sinking ship. They were just players playing, not like a 'team' with a real goal or purpose. It's so depressing to be back here.
Should the front office trade Fox for assets and hope that Devin Carter can make his way to fill the starting PG role. Even if Carter doesn't pan out as a starter, Fox could be traded for Stephon Castle who is also a damn good defender at the PG
maybe fox, alex len for castle, keldon, zach collins and firs round pick.i think yes why not?and i think castle could be kings future franchise player with his defensive and offensive skills
very very sad I don't know what to say I am very disappointed at what happend tonight I think I just saw the kings give up in the 4th quarter I watched a team literally go into the 4th quarter with a double digit lead and had the look like they lost before it started I am in shock right now my stomach hurts I am in denial they did not want to win the game they had no intention of winning this game and sadly I believe there is no hope left for them ND I don't know what they need to do it ain't a matter of Xs and Os it ain't a matter of players even tho they need some personnel changes but they're demeanor and body language and lack of effort or paying attention to details all to me says they are checked out I think they have stopped believing in the system and the coaching staff in general it's all bad right now on many levels I'm at a lost for words right now I never thought anything like this would happen to them the character of this team is not there as a whole I don't know what happened but it hurts I see some bad times ahead I see some things about to happen that are not gonna be good hasty moves because of pressure not the right moves either this team is about to go threw it the wrong way for the wrong things and we will get set back a decade or more think Reggie Theus kings nightmare era

I’m starting to feel guilty for making my kids Kings fans. I feel like I’m abusing them. My oldest is cried and was livid. Lol, he got in trouble for his behavior after the game. Why did I do this to them….
Its hard to believe this is the same guy with the crocodile tears in the locker room when Kentucky got eliminated from the tourney smh.HIs nonchalant indifferent attitude is such a bad look and if that is how he interacts with his teammates as a leader than YIKES.
All I'm a say is you can't fire mike brown…. With fox hopefully the heat are interested.. It's hard to believe great organizations like the heat and spurs would give up anything of what they believe is real value for fox... Knowing his leadership qualities
This team is like the 49ers... 2 years ago kings were the fun team to watch in the whole league . It actually started three years ago when we were so so fast . Everyone on nba on tnt was saying we were the fastest team in the nba . Now we look slow very slow . 49ers are having the same issues .... why did Monte not go get Beasley . Beasley off the bench for us would have been crazy ...
lol not even close. The 49ers have been title contenders the last few seasons, the Kings struggle to even make the playoffs where more than half the teams in the league get in.
Wouldn’t be nearly as much of an issue if he owned it in the postgame interview. Inexcusable mistake at any level, but all we get from our best player is shrugged shoulders. He seems to forget that when he is talking to the media he is talking to all Kings fans too.
17:41 I just don’t get how he can be so weak at the podium. This is where a leader needs to be strong and lead by example. Get up there show up and let people know. I need to be better that will make everybody feel better, but when you get up there andhide like a coward nobody respects you or what you’re saying
They’re playing like a hs JV team or a new varsity team that’s on a rebuild. I can’t attend a game with this low effort, poor energy, poor execution, and attitude of not being locked in with multiple mistakes. When’s the beam lighting up again?
This season is lost. Kings are bad and there are too many teams ahead of them in the standings. Any trade acquisitions should be part of the future, not a short-term band-aid. As for this game, Brown is right. It’s basketball 101 to deny the 3-point line in that situation. Fox should never have been in a position to need a hard close-out and commit a foul. That’s a cardinal sin. Excuse the blasphemy.
@deuceandmo you said 10 mins into the video we don't want to always be sad everytime we come onor something of that nature and I'm saying it's okay to be sad every video if that's how the kings make you feel... Is that better wording
Fans are silly. Fox doesn’t “need” to say anything to US. What matters is the locker room and anyone doubting he would own up to it with his group of guys is ridiculous
Bro, remember when you called Deaaron the king of kings? Look at him now. Your denial of Jesus Christ as king of kings brought him and you and the entire fanbase to its knees lol. The kings are toast but it’s not too late for you to start seeking God.
So, what's next for the Kings? What should they do?

Sacramento has yet to be awarded any major franchises, you have to be a major city to get awarded a franchise.
@@MrOctober44 alright chodester. Captain buzzkill over here
Pistons fan here … the chemistry on this show is amazing are yall married or something? 😂
married to the game
As kings fans pray for us cause we had one winning season and we were all on our high horse now back to being humble just like the old days 😢
Harrison Barnes is terrible that is not the problem.
Well said murali! I been saying the same thing! Derozan trade was the failure of this team! Tonight I feel without sobanis and fox -11 on the floor hurt this team tonight. @toddpacker1015 yes you could do better than Barnes but still you got worse with the Derozan trade... There's no doubt about that ...
I feel for you guys... I hope the Kings recover... ❤🙏
thanks, joey. appreciate you watching
Fox asked for structure, he got structure. As a result, he’s becoming unaccountable. The team looks rudderless on the court and is need of a leader. Today was an opportunity lost in the leadership category
At least he didn’t take the max extension!
Cooper Flagg and Sabonis doesn’t seem too bad 👀
You own your pick this year?
@@spiraltriggerexIf it falls in the top 10
Well at least we can look forward to missing on another top 5 picks next draft.
Get something for Fox while you still can. You can build around Sabonis. I think they will with the timing of D Carter coming off the injured list.
On the flip-side this is the lowest the team will get, come on we still have alot of season left to salvage this. 50+ games
How the kings keep managing to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory is truly incredible. at this point all you can do is laugh
laugh so you dont cry?
@@DeuceandMo yes but also because I have no more tears left to cry 😞
Idk if trading fox is right or not… but I can tell you we need a move. I need to see the kings be good!!!
So who’s to blame for not making the moves we all know we lacked? Size, length, paint …. Monte? Dwight Howard said he’d come here, not picking up Crowder right away , our bench is shit… who knows there’s a marathon and dosent train…..🤷🏻♂️only the khangz baby
Ditto to everything you said
17:08 it actually would make me feel better to know what happened and why he did what he did.
i hear ya
After the game I was walking around the arena yelling “GO PISTONS” “CADE RULES” “BOOOOO” I’m in full blown kings gear by the way. Felt good to let out my frustrations 😂
Trade Fox to whoever for picks that will draft Dylan Harper
Mike Brown is now out as coach. Looking forward to the emergency podcast already.
Ayo it's one in the morning and this is the only opinion I was looking forward to.
honestly i say we just talk at this point….trade all of our assets. and let’s start over. we are ruining fox’s career at this point and i feel bad for him. we are the kings and this is just who we are at this point
@@scottholliday5965 I been say this for 2years but delusions kings fans got faith 🤦♂️
They just fired Mike Brown 💀💀💀
GIVE ME MY FLOWERS DEUCE AND MO! I’ve been telling you this about DeAaron since DAY ONE and you know it! Now everyone understands what I meant! 💯💯💯💯
taking a victory lap? can't only show up during the tough times, Felix.
@ i never left, you guys have just grown too big to notice. Nonetheless, I told you about Fox years ago.
Shout out to fox though, that’s an impressive tank job he knows what we need
Does he also know we don't have our draft pick?
@ we do if it’s in the lottery
14:22 No hold on a second. Are we going to act like deaaron doesnt do that nonsense at least twice a game. The amount of times i have seen him do that exact thing is a little scary.
I think defensive consistency is one of his big issues. He has the ability to be great on that end but doesn't do it all the time. That mistake at the end of the game was pretty big.
47:52 u got me😂😂😂😂
I KNEW IT.
At this point I'm like "fuck it, Fox doesn't care, why should I?"
Fox is mid not max.
Thanks!
Monk in the starting line up is not working. Bring back Keon Elis
I’d rather have Malik as pg than Devon Carter
@@916outdoors2 if fox got traded,i think malik gonna be trade too
Tough Beating Kangz :(
Welcome back to basketball Hell. It's not hell unless you have hope
very very sad I don't know what to say I am very disappointed at what happend tonight I think I just saw the kings give up in the 4th quarter I watched a team literally go into the 4th quarter with a double digit lead and had the look like they lost before it started I am in shock right now my stomach hurts I am in denial they did not want to win the game they had no intention of winning this game and sadly I believe there is no hope left for them ND I don't know what they need to do it ain't a matter of Xs and Os it ain't a matter of players even tho they need some personnel changes but they're demeanor and body language and lack of effort or paying attention to details all to me says they are checked out I think they have stopped believing in the system and the coaching staff in general it's all bad right now on many levels I'm at a lost for words right now I never thought anything like this would happen to them the character of this team is not there as a whole I don't know what happened but it hurts I see some bad times ahead I see some things about to happen that are not gonna be good hasty moves because of pressure not the right moves either this team is about to go threw it the wrong way for the wrong things and we will get set back a decade or more think Reggie Theus kings nightmare era
So why cant the coaches fix Keegans shot? Im dumbfounded by his confidence issues. He does a ton on defense and rebounding but scared to shoot?
Coach was pissed, threw Fox under the bus for like 10 minutes in his presser...
yeah, he was not happy at all
@DeuceandMo I watched your pod then went to watch the NBC post game show, and I'm like, hold up, they look familiar. Y'all working 💪
@@DeuceandModid he lie tho?
True...I keep hearing..."we keep telling the guys...."... Mike Brown's been throwing everyone and his brother under the bus...

Was going to say wait until the end of January, but after that... Yeah, it's over folks.
Dosent matter, we don’t have control of what happens 😎
This one hurt more than the rest, up to this point. Sometimes, you…just…can’t…even. 😞 Despite all of that, this show was still cathartic. Your analysis could not have been more on point.
appreciate your support as always, Chris
Wait, it was just two years ago that this team finished third in WC?
yeah, 48 wins in a down year from the West.
Just when you think it couldn't get any worse for the Sacramento Kings...
Fox doesn’t seem to understand that when he talks to the media he is talking to the fans.
I’d say trade Mike Brown for Steve Kerr but that might really be worse. C’mon Kings! Can’t be this bad!
The kings need a player similar as " Larry Bird."
Its not about mike brown at all its about kings has no defense and doesnt have plays in the crunch time
Can we just straight up trade Fox for Trae Young at this point?
I’ve stopped watching this year. Didn’t re up season tickets and spent my money on going snowboarding this winter. That should tell you everything you need to know.
sorry to hear that. hope they can get this figured out soon
He traded Davion Mitchell to keep Keon Ellis
Jejonte mury might be a good fit.
As a kings fan since the early 2000s I can't watch what's going on.
Fox is not the guy, we’ve propped him up cuz we haven’t had anyone else but 8 years 1 playoff appearance, 1 all star is weak. Time to start over
We could’ve had Luka
This team is like the 49ers... 2 years ago kings were the fun team to watch in the whole league . It actually started three years ago when we were so so fast . Everyone on nba on tnt was saying we were the fastest team in the nba . Now we look slow very slow . 49ers are having the same issues .... why did Monte not go get Beasley . Beasley off the bench for us would have been crazy ...
lol not even close. The 49ers have been title contenders the last few seasons, the Kings struggle to even make the playoffs where more than half the teams in the league get in.
wouldnt go that far. 49ers have shown sustained success and have been a championship contender, ya know?
Time to reset with keegan. Would have been good for the kings to be in this spot with Hali instead of fox. Could rebuild around him.
Even great players make mistakes down the stretch. That’s basketball. Fox doesn’t make mistakes like that often. Let’s not dog pile on him
i didn't feel like we were piling on
Wouldn’t be nearly as much of an issue if he owned it in the postgame interview. Inexcusable mistake at any level, but all we get from our best player is shrugged shoulders. He seems to forget that when he is talking to the media he is talking to all Kings fans too.
They've hit "rock bottom" about 3 different times already. How do you set a new bottom every game?!
Yeah, it hurts
It’s not as bad, pistons just beats Suns and Lakers
We’re finished.
I think it’s Year 1 of another long drought. Expect them to lose so that a dub is a nice surprise.
Lakers next on the road and then 4 of the next 5 games at home. Good luck!
yeah, not an easy stretch with LA, Dallas, Philly and Memphis
@@DeuceandModam our record is gonna get worse and worse in the next 5

Cade-Cunning not a ham with his underdawg Ivey. 🤣 Malik notta Monk, call him Beastie. 🤣 My Emo song
17:41 I just don’t get how he can be so weak at the podium. This is where a leader needs to be strong and lead by example. Get up there show up and let people know. I need to be better that will make everybody feel better, but when you get up there andhide like a coward nobody respects you or what you’re saying
I never expect the king’s playing that bad…losing to a bad team like Detroit????????????? At home.??????????????????
How are they this bad???
Whether they are up by 20 or down by 20 they will loss by 5 or less points lol
Jaden ivy the dude who the kings passed up on him for emotionless keegan…..murray come on man 😂😂😂 either have keegan at the 3 or trade him
I havent watched the last five games. Fox obvously wants out. Please just trade him and be done with this.
They’re playing like a hs JV team or a new varsity team that’s on a rebuild. I can’t attend a game with this low effort, poor energy, poor execution, and attitude of not being locked in with multiple mistakes. When’s the beam lighting up again?
He said 53. You can go back and look!!
We watched every one of your shows.
You guys are the best part of shit games
Hahaha damn , i did?!
I’m pretty sure. I was with you though. I can’t believe this shit. I lost sleep over this team again. lol but really damn
Fax is not a leader, he is not a winner
Cavs fan here and thought I was the only sicko watching Deuce and Mo to see their reaction to every loss. Loving every uncomfortable minute.
fire MB and trade fox NOW!!!!!
Trade Fox for Fred Vanfleet and Cam Whitmore

Mentally weak team. Fox has checked out.
Falling apart? Nope, it's just another year of suffering. It's getting like the Cubs. Will we/I ever see a championship? 😮

Please be your real self on the TH-cam save the fake happiness stuff for tv if your sad and depressed cause the kings lost then show it
Wtf are you saying? We were happy on this?
@deuceandmo you said 10 mins into the video we don't want to always be sad everytime we come onor something of that nature and I'm saying it's okay to be sad every video if that's how the kings make you feel... Is that better wording
Fans are silly. Fox doesn’t “need” to say anything to US. What matters is the locker room and anyone doubting he would own up to it with his group of guys is ridiculous
I don’t agree at all.
What a silly take
Bro, remember when you called Deaaron the king of kings? Look at him now. Your denial of Jesus Christ as king of kings brought him and you and the entire fanbase to its knees lol. The kings are toast but it’s not too late for you to start seeking God.
