The search for golden Gems never ends ,Good stuff Ian and Chris and Ben
Very, very cool old shelter. It didn't look well made compared to the others that y'all have been to. It's such a shame that it's not restored and maintained for people to see and learn from. Thanks so much for sharing. Please keep the outstanding videos coming and God bless y'all, my friends!
Had me in stitches, I could feel the tension building thinking you wouldn't find anything, but turned out "a proper golden gem!" As always another great vid, many thanks! 👌
That looked like a proper adventure, thanks for taking us along!
After a long rubbish day at work, nothing beats getting home to a cup of coffee and the latest IKS video.
Defiance76 can’t be that long of a day being home at 4 😂
@@tommydizzay1648 3pm.. I started at 7am though lol
If it was local, I'd love to see you renovate that and turn it into IKS HQ, decked out in WW2 maps and old radio equipment.
Great video as always Ian thank you very much love the early morning uploads as well just as I finish my nightshift it gives me something to watch thank you
No problem.
We still were issued "AB" hobnail leather boots and black canvas gaiters in Army cadets in 1974 over here, and I can remember still seeing "AB" leather boots being worn on parade at the royal signals museum on a UK army base in Dorset in 1985!
I thought this video was going to go on for 25 years.
Hey Guys!
Wouldn't be the right time to invest better shoes, where's penetration protection? Almost everywhere where you go, is glass, nails, needles, etc... so spending some money for safety boots is well spent money.
Nice find by the way! Thanks to Ben!
I buy Leather Steel Toe Boots for $35.00 at Walmart in Minnesota, USA. They're the best to wear for needles, broken glass and so on.
I went to find a place that I last saw in my late teens. There was a bloody forest grown up that wasn't there before. Much like that you scrambled through. I guess a lot changes in 40 years.
'Snakebite and Black'. I must have drunk gallons of the stuff in the 1980's. A trip to the offy is called for, I think. Nice one, gents. The sweet boxes and pop bottles in there suggest to me that kids used the place as a den for a long time.
really great explore this one, extreemly enjoyable thanks folks!
Oh boy you guys certainly like adventure lol, the programme was called "Family Fortunes", it used to be hosted by Bob Monkhouse back in the day then Les Dennis. I bet you were sore and full of scratches the day after this was filmed lol. A really cool find though, thank you for sharing. x
great vid love all your content all the best!!
What's that you've got in your pocket? It's my machete!
same construction as those at Biggin Hill. see, The Ghosts of Biggin Hill (short film) aprox 13:08 into film
After tromping through the leprechaun orchard you folk find the shelter well done Now time for iodine and a cold brews!!!; )
Nice... Love exploring with you guys, except for finding the dope head stuff. Be safe!
The lengths some people will go too just to get their beard combed. 🇬🇧🇬🇧🛸🛸🤣🤣👍👍
This is like I remember the one I told you about in Hastings Ian I did send you a map reference ages ago.
I love anything with hidden bunkers
The hobnail boots a Golden gem right there folk👍👍👍
I think I missed the bit with the Bunker in. An air raid shelter with lots of modern day garbage doesn’t quite have the same impact. 😂😂😂😂 IKS, always fun to watch your videos though mates.
7:00 How do Air Raid Shelters stay hidden for so long?.... This answers that question.
Hey there! Funny seeing you here! 😁
Was this not one of the secret resistance bases we had in case we were actually invaded by ze germans.. still pretty secretive but small UK resistance bases are appearing now.
nice bit of history thanks
When you started looking for the bunker you didn’t have a beard.
Great find guys
Was that on the side of Plum Pudding hill leading down to the old Dover to Folkestone Road?
No folk this is behind Dover castle
IKS Exploration that makes sense now. Down from the Sea Cadet hut?
Jungle boots with a steel shank for spike protection!
I would love to have that on my property. I would fix it all up like a camper. It would make a great place to escape the wife and mom.😂
‘Not seen for 25 years’ hmmm I think the smack heads have been having a heroin party in there somewhat more recently.....
Not seen by Ben in 25 years...
Should say not seen by Ben for 25 years then? Click bait....
@@TheFatNumpty Yeah, crawl around in circles in 1 acre of brush for 11 minutes to make it look really difficult to find, then follow the path leading up to an unverified "bunker."
Dave A I didn’t say any of that mate. Love it when shit gets twisted. I’ll try again... the video is clearly really and up to the usual high standards of IKS, no one in their right mind would crawl about in that lot for 11 mins just to add ambiance. What I was saying is how the title could be misinterpreted, making people click on it.....
@T J Lost a few?
😂😂😂 Ben makes me laugh he is so funny 👍
Ben didn’t get the “Folks” memo.
Wtf! German magazines for old ladies, Frau im Spiegel (Lady in the mirror) maybe there was an invasion by german grannies 😂😂🤪
WW2HistoryHunter must have beaten IKS to this bunker?
The local council should offer a fiver reward for removing used syringes....video proof is what the new observers do..
I would say get a machete but take a first aid course first mate.
You must have got out as the video was up loaded.
I like your informative video plz gave 💜❤
Sure. Looking for air raid shelters. And definitely not cottageing. Sure.
family fortunes Ian lol.
Hey folks! 😊
Belta vid as always lads..
All that work to get to a really trashed spot, that's gotta be disappointing af.
Family Fortunes 😂
10 ?? In 1995 you was ten . Are you sure
Mark Warran I was 15 ish
Thanks Ian. Big fan for a long time but I was greatly upset by your No.1 fans comments following my typo regards Chernobyl, pity. Paul
Family Fortunes folk?
I like your ideas but the planning and editing process needs more work
Royal Navy boots.
👍👍👍
In 1995 you may have all climbed trees better.
I was 25 then, lol.
Lisa Sargent hahaaaaa i was 15
Ginger are you obsessed with the word 'folks' myself gave up after counting 15 times within 10 minutes, videos are ok but hearing folks all the time isn't.
A lot of trash in that cave !!!
The title image is definitely Carry On Bunkerin
