The fact that there’s a B32-8WH in front of it says something about how it works. I sure do like seeing the B32s making a comeback for mainline trains tho.
For anyone wondering why 184 got renumbered to 9700 is probably because the 9700 series is the npcu series.
This is now the 2nd time 184 has been violated
