I recently took a beginner's seminar on the ancient Hebrew language. It is an amazing, unearthly language! I can't belive mere man created it! Every letter is a letter, phrase, number, color, name, etc. So not JUST an alphabet! When copying the Old Testament, they knew the copy was correct because every row and column had to add up to certain number totals. If it didn't, it would be thrown out & rewritten! But the NEATEST thing of all...! I always wondered what tunes David might've played when singing his songs - especially when he sang to calm King Saul's evil spirits. I just figured he made it up as he went or something. But GUESS WHAT!! Each letter also represents a musical tine/note! So the letters used to write the poem/Psalm IS the music/sheet music for the tune of that song! You can find it being played on TH-cam and it's beautiful! So Cool! 💖

Medina ye I think that’s one of the reasons that they are making little James sing, I think they are linking it to his backstory of how he wanted to be a singer and join the Jerusalem temple choir. I immediately thought of that as soon as I saw the bts with little James singing

It's been about 2 or three weeks that I finally decided to watch The Chosen. I can't get enough. I haven't had a job since Jan 5. What that means is I have actually BINGED several times on these 3 seasons. If I wake up at night I watch it again. I FEEL SO CALM when I am watching it. It's almost as peaceful for me as reciting the rosary in latin. I love it.
The Chosen is truly a godsend! I remember weeping buckets at the end of episode 1 Season one and I've been crying nearly every episode since. And I *love* praying the Rosary! It's that sling that slays the Goliath of depression, anxiety and so many other evils. My favorite Latin ones are the ones with Pope Benedict! I just love that opening Scripture from Psalm 70 Deus, in adiutorium meum intende"🙏🙏🙏✝️✝️✝️💖💖💖
Talk about respect! I so respect how the writers, directors, and all involve, pay so much attention to every little detail of every scene. This helps make the show look so authentic. They care so much and I’m so grateful. Thank you!❤️✝️
As a music teacher and lover of instruments 🎹 of all sorts I love that his BTS began and ended with music. Our three disciples blended their voices beautifully. Thank you also Dan for the Psalm setting. Well done!

I love the long walk scenes with the disciples. Because it makes me wonder what those long conversations must've been like between Jesus and the disciples. It also makes me feel like we're with them. Which I love so much.
Yes! So happy to see you portraying Yeshua (Christ) and his Apostles keeping Hanukkah--because he most certainly did! In fact, when we see in John 8:12 that Christ said He is the light of the world, Hanukkah was approaching=He used Hanukkah to convey a vital truth! May Abba continue to bless the work all involved with the Chosen are doing :)

Especially Jude Taddeus, Andrew and St. John the Evangelist...then the silent ones like Simon the zealot, it's amazing to see them come to life and its really very deepen my love for the saints apostles. Love you all.... St. Andrew, Peter, Bart, John the evangelist pray for us.
I pray to the Lord that I live long enough to see all this wonderful series. If not, then I still know how it ends and thank the series creators for blessing us with this version of the greatest Gift to the world.

Happy birthday, Dallas! I cannot tell you how much The Chosen has impacted me. I have been struggling with a hereditary Charcot Marie Tooth disease in my feet, especially my left foot, which is twisting out to the left along with my ankle. It is extremely painful to be walking on the outer side of my left foot. Anyway, I was watching The Chosen, and praying for healing, when the words came into my mind that I will get better, if it is God's will. And, when I thought. "If it is God's will," that phrase resonated deeply in me. It was like a veil was removed and I could see clearly, because in that moment, I had surrendered my worries and fears to God, and I felt a true peace... peace that surpasses all understanding...a moment of clarity. It was like God had awakened the Holy Spirit within me and allowed It to be wholly one with me. I have only had a couple of these moments in my lifetime. It feels like all sound stops and time comes to a halt. It is unparalleled. I feel like in that moment, I was in the presence of God and He was in me and around me. Just incredible. Thank you, God. And, thank you, Dallas for writing and directing and creating The Chosen, because it has increased my dedication to prayer and reminded me of my faith.
This show has ignited a fire and renewed love in my spiritual life. May God bless all involved and all those who have watched or ever will, in Jesus Name, amen.

"If it is God's will," that phrase resonated deeply in me. It was like a veil was removed and I could see clearly, because in that moment, I had surrendered my worries and fears to God, and I felt a true peace... peace that surpasses all understanding...a moment of clarity. It was like God had awakened the Holy Spirit within me and allowed It to be wholly one with me. I have only had a couple of these moments in my lifetime. It feels like all sound stops and time comes to a halt. It is unparalleled. I feel like in that moment, I was in the presence of God and He was in me and around me. Just incredible. Thank you, God. And, thank you, Dallas for writing and directing and creating The Chosen, because it has increased my dedication to prayer and reminded me of my faith.
