Hey..same and I didn't hide it at all. I was late into the game had a (secret) crush from age 10. I was so sure he would see me in the crowd say "I want to marry you" done let's go. Ahh the teenage dreams we create. But I have met quite a few world famous ppl & and it was indirectly thru later work which I'd started completely bc of meeting Jon. So I quit modeling to work at a record company/international touring for a while. He literally came into a room of radio winners, back stage meet n greet thing & I was staying at the same Hotel & everyone went nuts when he walked in. And I just stood there alone, just sent my friend off to grab a complimentary Corona..and Jon walked straight down the stairs & over to me. I looked behind me to see where he was going. Until he said hello and asked if I wanted to go to a better part no so loud & I'm in shock but relaxed & said yeah sure, only my friend has just gone back there she'll be back in 1 min. And then he led me out the room of over 500 cramped ppl who'd been waiting on him & the band. Just to have him hold my hand and lead me out up the stairs and over to the lifts. He's a gorgeous man..and my dream come true. Except for the marriage part lol. Least he sang a line of Elvis to me & did a dance & was so beautiful and a true gentleman. I just wish I'd given Jon my round silver pendant. He seemed to like it asking where I bought it, it looked mystical inspired with a tiger on it. I was too dumb to realize he'd keep it as a memory of this moment or wk end it turned into, in Melbourne Australia for us both. A journalist was writing a story called "in bed with Bon Jovi" for a glossy mag..and kept hanging around trying to get info to which I ignored completely said zip to. And that's how I met Jon my teen love of my life crush on.😢❤ Now I just pray to God he protects Jon from the 🐍bite..since he took that, his vocal had gone and he's not ever going to recover. ❤❤💔
