When it comes to chocolate to put in my locker, I tend to get Hershey Kisses bc they are so small and it takes forever to make them melt in the car or locker. Even a bedroom.

No its definitely not a "head thing" the smell is real because i was in school about a year ago i was sitting in class and we were changing seats and i sat in my seat and a guy forgot his bag which was under the dest and he crawled under to get it and he was like "EWWWW IT SMELLS LIKE FISH DOWN HERE" and i was soooo embarrassed

DUDe the craziest thing happened today:
So i was on my period and I wasn’t wearing any pads or anything cuz its the first day i didn’t know it came cuz i didn’t check the damn date ;-; so then i started leaking i didn’t notice my pants had a damn while in them so some blood fell on the floor and then my dad thought it was coco for some reason then asked me if it was from me i was like wh- ofc not and then i went to the bathroom and i saw that i had flipping blood in my pee then i realized that it came ;-; my pants had blood in them and luckily no one noticed
thats good i got mine otw home from the river 😂 it stained my swimsuit and i had shorts over and i didn’t leak

I was so amazed when she said that we could use a hand warmer for cramps cuz I've always used a heating pad but that's big and hard to transport so I couldn't take it with me on my trips when I got my period. This whole video helped a lot too.

I'm 12, almost 13 and this video helped SO MUCH I haven't had my period yet, but I was showing symptoms of having my period soon. I'm so glad Sharon makes these videos because I had no idea what discharge was and I was wonder why my snot was *down there*.

can i also point out for beginners, they sell underwear which you can wear on periods. they are fine on their own but if u wanna be super safe, they sell washable pads to put in there. they are expensive, but they are worth it. just wanted to give a little tip!

My bff had the great idea to get a water bottle that you can't see the inside of, and is big enough to fit everything. So whenever something happens, she would just ask to refill her water bottle. She's a genius
