@@luvv_nat_ it’s called “Shea Moisture” you can use any of them. Personally I use the shampoo and the Jamaican black castor oil leave in conditioner. Bonus- use the other side of a comb or brush to make the curls you want.
You are my only hope during my period and I am turning 27 tomorrow!
I usually spoil myself during the first week of the month (which is when I get my period on the 1st. This month it was a day late.) and I call it *"Princess Week"* . I go squishmallow hunting, buy my usual period snacks and drinks, bundle up in a blankie burrito and watch true crime documentaries and different period related content on YT and TikTok.
That sounds like the perfect princess week to treat yourself!

i’m in marching band and last year i was a freshman so my nice teacher let me keep my period stuff in her backpack when i needed it so i wasn’t just carrying it around i guess but this year i’m no longer a freshman so i have to carry it and i feel a way because i feel like people know what it’s for and i feel so embarrassed carrying it around like that:((

I don’t have my period yet but I keep a kit with me at all times in case it happens. The kit contains: 6 liners, three pads, a spare pair of undies, travel deodorant, lip balm, mini collapsible hairbrush, and hand sani. It all fits inside a tiny bag that is smaller that the iPhone 15 pro max, and the hand sani is actually on the outside bc I have a keychain thing for it.

The u by Kotex is really good and august is women owned, very transparent about their product and it takes less than a year unlike most period products that take 500-800 years to decompose
