What happened to Ben. Just read in comments he was a lovely lad, Was. And Paddy what happened to the big guy. I watch Monkey world regularly on tv and the net but some how I missed this sad sad news. Paddy was a ledgend , I loved the guy sooo much as was Ben.
I went and was a bit disappointed how small the enclosures were. The monkeys seemed bored to me? Will go again though, it wasn't nice weather so maybe I wasn't in the best of moods. It cost me a fortune to get there though, that's the worst of it.
please go. They need the money to fund their upkeep but I still thought the monkeys needed more space & more enrichment. I'm not an expert so maybe they are happy ? The expense of actually getting there was the worst part.
The chimp that charged the window was Ben, a gorgeous, up and coming young male who sadly passed in 2017. He would have been a great alpha male.
