Thanks for the memories, This game is one of the few times i remember me and my older brother working together to accomplish something. We used to come 6th in every race and it used to get me so angry. (Was maybe 10 at the time) I came back one day from school to find out he grinded the whole day and strapped a turbo and other mods to our red Lancer EVO 2. I was gonna flip until i heard the car bounce of the limiter and dump valve whooshing, I was hooked didn't take long to conquer the game after that. Probably a long forgotten memory for him but for me its well guarded.

Reminds me of Ridge Racer 64, where there's an advanced track that probably took me months to get past. And a course to unlock a car actually required forcing the car to hit you and then perfectly finishing the rest of the race.
