The fastest consistent way I've found to get TV stones consistently is to pull out 1k of them and run a loop next to your home base solo or with one other person
One tip you missed is going out with a 100stones to start with so you get the 2x multiplier. If you're risk averse and run with 2-3 buddies you can farm the rooms close to the base and make a decent amount.
I'd be glad to get some of your insight into Xivkyn Polymorphs and Soul-Shriven Costume. Spent around 30k tvs on Imperial Rewards so far and wasn't lucky, not that I expected it right away tho 8D
does that stone thing stay with you permanently or does it go after you use it as if it does then that's pretty shitty if they ask you for THAT many points only for it to be used once.

dont u get a sense of repetition as all your stam builds now seem to revolve around duel wield and steel tornado? also i just did the arena district, and i did a quest and got a box of only 300 stones...
+DILLPAAT Most builds revolve around a core set of abilities, every magicka build is going to have entry/inner light. It's more using passives/gear to your class specific strengths.
Really not sure how the PC version is, but trying to run any of the IC quests on your own on consoles is pretty much impossible. You get killed pretty much as soon as you get ouf your starter zone.
Was all excited for this DLC (on Xbox), but... I go in as a lvl 47 Templar and every NPC is a lvl 16 Vet, which makes going solo really really tough. I would've thought a non-vet campaign would have enemy mobs maybe lvl 50max, or a combo of lvl 35-50's. After an hour of playing in a couple different districts, I found myself having to group up with 2 guys minimum just to explore semi-safely, as initially roaming around with just another lvl 45 player was still somewhat of a challenge. We would do fine against 1 or 2 NPCs but anything more than that would often lead to death. I was having to heal every few seconds just to keep either one of us from dying. Plus finding real opponents from the other factions was too uncommon for my taste. Kinda seems like this DLC caters to the more vested players even though us non-vets paid exactly the same amount. Frustrated to say the least and I guess I'm gonna have to level up some more before venturing out again.
+GamerDan23 First off, you haven't even beaten the base game so why buy the dlc? Grind Vet 16 if it bothers you that much, I'm Vet 12 I'm not gonna buy it until I reach minimum Vet 14 and have my build setup. Why? Because you don't try Veteran Dungeon City Of Ash at VR 1
Vendetta 514 Why download the DLC you ask?.....because its THE Imperial City! Its not so much that it bothers me, its the now realization that its mainly for vets. I must've missed the fine print on that one I suppose. I know I can still enjoy it but only if I group up....for now. Just another incentive to rank up faster than I have been.
yh this dlc is a zerg fest best thing to do is is roll as a nightblade and attack when the oppurtunity is right. I remember I was camping in the dominion sewers right next to the their home base. a zerg walked past me and I cloaked and when they l entered the home base I waited for the last one to go for the door, this is were I jumped him and killed him under 5 seconds, turns out this single target had 10k telvar stones, I done a runner hid in a corner and used get me unstuck to go back at my home base.this is why never to be last

I already asked zeni if this would get looked at but they always choose the worst questions to answer on eso live -_-
PvP is actually a very unreliable way to get stones. Big groups are too as you mentioned, especially as you have a a cap of 12 before people do not get tel var stones for kills. The fastest, most reliable way is to run small group. Because you're not going to run high risk of getting wrecked (you got lucky with that AD group) and you have enough people that killing NPCs won't be slow as hell. I've spent every day since IC drop in the sewers and these are helpful tips, but none of the 3 are the fastest/most reliable way for tel var grind. If you continue to put out guides, please put out info that isn't made for high CP players or the players who have been playing for a while because that doesn't help new players or players struggling with things. Perhaps a bit of humble pie and thought could improve these guides. Oh 2nd tidbit on that. The boxes only give you 300 stones per quest the first time you complete them. Not 600 and the multiplier does not work on them. Tested and proven by TCO members.
+Fahim Ahmed It's probably too late for this now, but you could ask somebody to get your vr14 in PvP. Just groupping and letting him to enter Cyrodiil as a group, that's what I did the first day, otherwise I'd have to wait 2 more days to be able to set a campaign.
TheNDreed it's 2 late but thx for reply, I kind of regret being in cyrodil as my v16 now because he is fucking weak, his self heals are useless and his damage output is useless compared to the before update, I generally prefer playing this dlc as my v1 nightblade as I'm more sneaky and way more powerful for some bloody reason. In my eyes there's no bloody reason to become a high level because this game is gonna weaken you down for all that effort
+Mark Horp I started in IC as v4 with my magicka sorc, it was a struggle to solo it but I kinda liked it and spent days in IC farming tvs, only left to feed horse and do writs. Ofcourse it's difficult since there are almost only v16's but I've leveled my v4 to v9 only doing sewers and farming. I'd just suggest getting x2 - x3 multiplier and farm solo in the first couple sewer rooms, or join a smaller group of at most 12 people to make sure you get the loot from bosses.
All these videos have the same problem in common, and that is not one of them are showing how you get to the Streets in the Imperial City. You always start out in the sewer. How do you get to the streets?

I'm a DragonKnight PVE tank but I get trashed on in PVP. Do you know of a video or guide for me to use for my DragonKnight tank to beast in PVP?

How many champion points do you have? How many dis the opposing group have? You cannot do the same solo thing with a few champion points...

ffs had to play eso as my v1,my v14 character has to wait 3 days just to set a home or guest campaign even though the campaign ended on its own.
