Fun fact (or actually not fun but still interesting), the person in the water scene is not actually JinSoul. The traumatic experience you mentioned caused her to be unable to finish the scene, and they instead used a staff member who had the same hair color as JinSoul. This was revealed in an interview with MonoTree, the producers of the song.
@@DoctorStrange01 While getting training for the scene, she accidentally took at breath under water and started to panic. This was right before the shooting, so she was unable to do the filming.
Unfortunately jinsoul ended up accidentally swallowing water while filming the underwater scene, so she has an understandable phobia of being submerged in water now
Because of that they couldn't complete the shot & did not want jinsoul to do it again, so they shot with a staff who worked with jaden jeong. So the submerged jinsoul in the mv is not actually jinsoul but a staff. I believe the staff was also a creative director who had blonde hair

I heard that for the under water shot jinsol couldn't do it well or smthn. So while looking for a urgent stand in... The blonde hair of one of the AR team girls caught the directors eyes 😂 I remember this cux girlie said she was gonna dye her hair back to black but didn't that day... Not sure if they put the shots they got from jinsol into the mv or from the AR team girl but yh.. that was a little smthn i heard Edit: so yeah a bit of research later i found the video... It went like this. After getting all the other shots done jinsol just had that water scene left. She had gotten around two hours of training to carry it out safely... But while going down to the five meter mark that the director told she panicked and breathed wrong. And inhaled water. So the AR girl was all worried thinking about getting a stunt double and thinking about the fees that it might take and and also worried about jinsol and getting the shot... When the director looked at her blonde hair... Walked upto her and said "could you perhaps?...." So girlie got 20 mins of training and did the shot. So yh... It is not jinsol in that water scene
At first i really don't know loona but yt recommended me a video of eclipse then after that i got curious of them so i stalked their yt acc and when i watch SITR i fell in love with jinsoul by then i always check their yt acc for new members and videos

I’m not sure if you noticed this or if anyone else pointed it out but the blue beta is significant because Jinsoul IS the blue beta fish. That’s why she’s submerged in water in that blue flowing gown and why she’s in the tank half submerged in the shot you thought was beautiful. She is the beta wishing for comfort and companionship. Betas are known to be solitary and territorial fish. They cannot be paired with other fish, not even other betas (though on rare occasion a docile pair can be) because they will fight any other fish around them. It’s my theory that she’s expressing the desire to share her life with someone else because she’s lonely and wishes for the comfort and companionship of another. Blue betas are also known in some literature to be mystical creatures. It’s so significant and beautiful how it’s portrayed in the video. It’s why her video is still my absolute favorite among the solos.
