Explaining basic concepts so thoroughly, indicating consequences of using the concepts in various ways, explaining dependencies brings so much clarity to using kanban and so increasing chance for using it for the good.
I've watched a set of your videos which find extremely useful. I noticed that when I binge-watch them I'm using up a lot of time on intros, courtesy etc. They give the positive vibe and at the same time they add up to time which in context of binge-watching is waste. I think it's something to think over.
This was definitely an important and insightful topic. What stuck out to me is that by design Scrum as a framework is a "Pull System." Truth spoken by DV is that, it is not often operated in that way. Thanks for this knowledge sharing opportunity.
Dan was talking about Kanban at that point I believe, but I was thinking the same thing Akkim - Scrum is indeed a pull system! Scrum and Kanban are often seen as the fighting clans in Romeo and Juliet, but they're actually on the same side and strongly aligned. They just have different weapons 👍
Great video! Can you go into more details about the pull system? Coming from scrum, I have a hard time imagining how it works and how it makes such a change
I love your succinct and intentional interactive discussion as I gather Kanban videos to help drive management conversations. Thank you!

Could you share some techniques in introducing WIP limits to teams and leadership, what benefit or improvement or problem that it solves?
hey! please add more videos of fixing your kanban!
Stay tuned...
Very usefull videos great value
👍
Thanks for this insightful video. However, can you recommend any successful techniques you've adopted in the past to limit WIP? Thanks!

Would you go deep into little’s law ?
How would you recommend determining what the initial WIP limit for the entire board / columns?
One idea of many is to set the overall WIP at half the number of developers on a team.
Scrum makes you bald. 😂
