When damage output is excessively high in "Elden Ring" PvP, players have limited opportunities to react and adapt to their opponent's strategies. This diminishes the depth of PvP encounters, as fights can end before players have a chance to employ tactics or adjust their approach. High damage spikes can lead to situations where two interactions are enough to end a fight, leaving no room for skillful maneuvering, counterplay, or strategic adjustments. This lack of counterplay means that even skilled players may lose to less skilled ones simply due to the overwhelming power of certain builds, making the PvP experience feel unbalanced and less rewarding, even when winning.

He’s lucky i guess
Such a cool looking sword shame it'll have to stay in my inventory until it's patched. 😮💨😔
Not exactly fundamentally broken, it and the Godslayer's Greatsword _should_ have the exact same attack data, but the Fire Knight's Greatsword is doing a Damage Level 3 stun on it's light attacks like a normal Colossal Sword, instead of a Damage Level 2 stun like the Godslayer's Greatsword does, which is why it can combo into it's own standing light attacks, and the Godslayer's can't.
If from soft did this intentional and they wanna keep the true combo, they need to make the r1 way slower, this is just insane.
Not intentional, the weapons in the dlcs have older values similar to the last patch
it has the stagger value of the slower UGS class despite being a fast UGS... only one in the game like that, almost certainly not intended
@@danlorett2184the black flame ultra-gs used to do this very early on in elden ring before being patched out in like the first or second patch. And has the same moveset. They most likely accidentally used the old version of it by mistake.
It's the damage that's the problems. I liked that the advantage to colossals in previous titles was trade winning, but you didn't outright kill them immediately.
I am terrified of getting invaded by you
yeah because godslayers greatsword has the same r1s, but the hitstun is different
this sword is beautifully insane and i love it
ladies and gentlemen this is what you got to level up that high lmao they deserve it
I'm convinced this entire DLC wasn't playtested. Incantations that have way higher stat requirements than any base game incantation, but they all suck more than any incantation in the game. 😂
