Hi Fausto, there could be a number of issues. I would suggest that you start by checking the following. 1. If a still render woks fine (using the same camera) but not an animation it is likely your video card or software. 2. if you are producing photo-rendered animations it could be the light settings (if you have them all turned off). 3. people often get the height values wrong (based on storey settings) and therefore can't see their model.
