Which of the dishes stood out to you the MOST? 🍜🍢🍙🍳 P.S. Doug wrote out our Japan trip on our website! Check it out: jeanelleats.com/where-we-ate-in-japan/
love love love the Sendai Trip. I will share this to my daughter who's leaving for Japan on April 2 for holidays. Excited to watch for the week 2 and 3 vlogs. Keep it up!. God bless
Egg yolk! You know, I wonder if you’re not really lactose intolerant, but you have trouble digesting the A1 protein that the “high volume milk producing” cows in America make. I used to be able to drink milk here in America, but years of breeding cows that make more milk have cows here making milk that’s harder to digest. Cows in Europe, and Asia produce milk that is either all or mostly containing A2 protein which is much easier to digest. In fact you can buy A2 milk here in America, but it is more expensive.
KANTARO: Sweet Tooth Salary Man... Love that show and it's single handedly introduced me to many a Japanese sweet I would have not otherwise known of. It's entertaining and informative, like your videos. Love them❤!
The sea squirt flavor issue is it is full of iodine. It leaves a very metallic aftertaste. Its one of the reasons I don't use iodized salt. I can actually taste it in my pickles and other things. But im a supertaster have those pesky extra tastebuds that make many fresh herbs taste like turpentine or soap. Sorry cilantro/ arugula/ fresh basil/ watercress(and a few more that escape me right now) but y'all taste very awful to us super tasters lol 😅 But dried basil tastes lovely so it must be something about the fresh oils.
I was supposed to be in Japan this December but it's been delayed for health reasons. I'll hopefully be there next December as my Son and I want to spend Christmas and New Years there. I'm having okonomiyaki as my first meal then I plan on eating as much uni as possible! I'll try almost anything but sperm sacs are out of the question. I'm still on the fence about horse meat. I'll probably pass. I love mochi, gimme all the mochi Japan has to offer! 😂 Your trip looked amazing and I'll be documenting mine soon(ish)
I'm from Canada, a lot of three food looked so interesting. Most interesting food had to have been the pineapple hmmm too bad it didn't taste good.. egg yoke!
365 likes??? Come on crew, this video is freaking great, I don't know of a video that has more variety of Japanese food in a single video, can't wait to see the upcoming weeks, yuzu egg yolk.
