Well I read in the comments that you didn't have Estelle and Joshua but since you had most of the Crossbell cast I assumed they didn't add her yet, instead of you not acquiring her. BTW I know it's too late for this (not for me LMAO) but can you do a video talking about the game in general? It's a gacha game, not canon yadda yadda, but how easy it is to get some units? How it's the gameplay? The soundtrack? The lag, connection, story, original characters etc.
