My favorite part is just how hilariously broken the game is. Planes with no engine sounds, planes sticking halfway out of buildings etc. Scenery that looks like Minecraft. It's exactly the kind of game you'd expect to get after paying $200 USD for.
Unless there is an animal moving on your screen at that very moment, zero. This is why LODs are a thing. If games had to render everything they contain at all times, the open world genre wouldn't exist to begin with.
My gripe has to do with the cockpit reflections in the canopy. They're simply far too intense. In real life, or VR, you can focus your vision beyond them, and they become barely noticeable. On a flat screen, they're very distracting. Knowing Asobo, they'll never give it another thought, sadly.
I find msfs 24 is more like a game and less of a simulator, because of the crappy physics and simple UI design and over saturation which makes it look like a cartoon. However I still enjoy the game
I played it last night on Xbox with a 50 mbs connection. I flew across my native Scotland, including the photogrammetry city of Edinburgh. No problems whatsoever. The previous two nights, I couldn’t even log in.
Hello, I run a 4070ti super on a 500 mbps wifi, but I still can’t get it to run smoothly, atleast not in every part of the world, why is that? I would like to know if you know, thanks
I was able to run the game on Wednesday. Since then, I've had the same freeze-ups when trying to load the game. What a disaster - it was entirely preventable.
Waiting so long for it to download and then not being able to play it because when it finally loads the lag is worse than watching she hulk cos my Internet isn't fast enough

I did expect some bugs.They did not do their homework.

@@Test.Unknown I turned off multiplayer and lowered the graphics settings to Medium and it did wonders
I get the other issues but you cant blame the buildings, they were like that in msfs 2020 because its just hard to map buildings procedurally
